That's no disrespect to you as I know understanding accents, slang etc. from different countries can be difficult. I'm just saying, non-biased opinion, I don't think there are many if any from the US that can match Ocean's fast-paced delivery, that actually has some poignancy rather than just fast rapping for the fuck of it

Best flow in the world, ever. Slow down the video and you can literally hear every syllable...I can hear everything he is saying too since I have been a fan since his first freestyles. I have seen him live a few times and he spits these crazy verses live - ridiculous. He has beaten Eminem in world records for his flows, so it makes sense that you can't comprehend him yet but keep listening to him and his other stuff and you will!
you should definitely listen to voices in my head by ocean wisdom too, a lot of his tracks are amazing, or walkin' bearing in mind how young he was when he wrote it (15 or 16 i think)

It isnt the slang thats the problem ocean wisdom uses beat boxing techniques to rap faster than a typical fast rapper
