He was talking about Baret Yoshida and how he was able to flying armlock Megaton Diaz as a blue belt in Abu Dhabi 1999. People were rightfully shocked when it happened. Baret would drill certain moves thousands of times within a year so even though he was a blue belt at the time he could apply certain techniques at the level of most black belts.
I love old school Gracie. Have so much knowledge. And so much to teach because the Gracie's say you never stop learning. And that's a real Martial Artist. Bless the Gracie's.

I'm Scottish but i didn't understand a word of that? Is he saying "If ur a blue belt and you practice a move over and over, you'll apply it like a black belt?".If so, that's pretty self explanatory and covered in the "Practice make's perfect" Quote...

I wish I understood what the hell he was saying, all I heard was blue belt black belt over and over again.
'' A blue belt can apply a triangle like a black belt . One position , triangle, triangle , triangle everybody apply . In the Abu - Dhabi world championship wow ! Flying triangle in the air : the guy tap 50 seconds . A Blue belt! How can get a triangle like a black belt ? A triangle better than a black belt ? You get one position he like and repeat one thousand times . What it be : oh you see the arm - lock the black belt did ? How fast he did ? Why does he have this ability ? Because in ten years he 's doing the same thing . So in ten years you repeat whole moves one thousand times , you have time in ten years to repeat whole moves one thousand times .
Once you get one arm lock ( you blue blet ) : I like this arm - lock , this arm - lock in the guard ... You repeat fifty times a day , everyday , fifty times , fifty times . In six months , one year , your armlock you 'll apply like a black belt . You blue belt but you apply armlock like : '' Porra I apply arm-lock and nobody escape '' . This possible . Why nobody do this ? Do fifty arm lock , everyday , fifty arm lock , everyday , or everyday fifty arm lock , set up , tap , set up , tap . Nobody do this . The one who keep doing , is gonna apply like black belt . ''
After this I don't get it so well . Master Relson says então a lot , it means so or therefore . Que is than . Triangulo is triangle .
English with heavy Portuguese accent is even more funny than English with heavy tussian accent
