@@gracieohio the only that works is judo, the rest looks like daito ryu, mostly don't work, but you should steal Ikkyo, it's the best for self defense.
@@maximilianohernandez8462 It's all jiu-jitsu, including judo and aikido. Jiu-jitsu is the umbrella that encompasses the grappling arts of japan. Go learn the history. Kano? Developed a jiu-jitsu style that became a sport. Oeshiba? Daito-ryu with spiritual overtones. You train with Gracies and tell me the self defense won't work. Or perhaps the Valentes who have made a lifestyle of teaching it.
