I just got this light the 1,000 lumen one and I'm blown away with the brightness and the spill and throw..it's crazy.....this is my carry light for sure. I have over 20 lights and I love this light

I bought the 5000k 750 high CRI Nichia 519A version and think it a fun small EDC so I then ordered (waiting on) the cool white version while on offer and from this vid I think it looks good for a small outdoors light, along with the P12. I was looking at getting the Pokelit 1000 lumen also but interesting to see in this vid that there is quite a difference between it and the TAC model which given all other parts are equal shows what a difference the larger reflector of the TAC makes. I already have the Rider RX and Pokelit high CRI 550 lumen version and both are basically indoor lights really and I already have a TrustFire 1000 lumen L2 that has better throw spec than the 1000 lumen Pokelit, due again to a slightly larger reflector I assume so looking like I should miss the Pokelit but it looks decent enough for anyone not already having such a thing and it's cheap while on offer.

The black one is 750 lumen ,nichia 519 , I believe other colours are 1000 lumen with high 6500k

2:56 regarding your upcoming comment about less throw in the cyansky.. that’s more throwy than the tac. So it’s better in every way lol

I had to go back and look at my P12R measurements and the TAC does throw a bit further. I measured 269m on the TAC and 249m on the P12R. Official specs are 280m vs 240m.

@@PiercingTheDarkness I’m looking at the video. It throws further lol.

@@AverageReviewsYT The Acebeam throws a little further but the Cyanski has a colder color temperature which subjectively let it appear brighter/further throwing.

Honestly from your video my only complaint is the UI, the beam looks fine, but i dint really care that much as long as i have some flood to go with a decent throw.
The UI is a no go for me though, i dont know why companies think EVERY light needs multiple modes and fidgety UI's. A tactical light needs one (maybe two, IF its hidden well) modes and that is HIGH always unless you specifically want a lower mode. A tac light is not an EDC light and they don't (and shouldn't) fill the same role.
A tactical light should be in high/"turbo" every time you touch the tailswitch either for momentary or constant on, and yiu should be able to half press once on to MAYBE cycle down to a ultra low or "moonlight" mode for map reading or looking for something close by.
A tactical light should be TACTICAL, and it should be regulated to sustain as high of a constant output for as long as possible and that's basically it.

I don't know where the problem is? Just set the Tac AA to the highest mode once and it will stay there as long as you want. It has a memory setting.

hi friend... where did you find the information about the led model? You said SFS80, but looking for this emitter through the internet, the SFS80 should be a domed led, and not flat like this... I bought this same flashlight but I can't find this information. I asked the acebeam and they just told me EVERLIGHT LED, but its a brand, not the model. Can you help me with this information?

It definitely is called an SFS80, but no idea who the manufacturer is. Here's the LED on Kaidomain called the P35 HI (SFS80) in description. kaidomain.com/P35-HI-3V-8000mA-1800-Lumens-White-6500K-SMD-3535-LED
Same LED used in the Manker E02 II, and a few Mateminco/Astrolux models.
