*ugly cries in millennial* Edit: In case this serves as a lighthouse, almost 20 years ago I wrote a fanfic called “I Hate Everything About You” as Ceres Vesta. (Pardon the angst I was seventeen!) Certain shippers would know. 💜
I sobbed the most when Tom and Jason were talking about Helen McCrory. She probably had around 5 minutes screen time in the whole franchise but she truly was incredible. So sad
my heart literally broke in that moment.hagrid was like a grandpa for me and the fact he talked about it so gentele and happy to be a part of this i was sobbing
The fact that Tom drew God as a girl with a backwards cap on a skateboard and about three years ago, him and Emma were just casually driving around on his skateboard together and she had a backwards cap on...like...this is some fanfic shit :D Is2g, they are soulmate...whether it's platonically or it's gonna be romantically one day...but they are soulmates!
When you've grown up with these movies and saw the actors and characters grow up as well, it has to be an emotional part of your life. Harry Potter will always be an amazingly important part of my life. The end of it all really got me. The part where all actors who passed away were honoured and the end where emma, rupert and dan got emotional was so sad and in the same way beautiful, that i really had to shed a tear.
Thank you for sharing this! I was so Messed up watching this! Cried buckets. Harry Potter has been my everything as long as I can remember. So this was so special. ♥️
They didn't rebuild the sets, they filmed this on location at the place in the UK where you can take a tour of the actual sets. Also, Daniel: I can't dance and I'll never be a dancer. My brain: "She'll be coming round the mountain when she comes!!!"
I wrote it when I was seventeen hehe I didn’t know if I should’ve put it as a link. But you can check out at fanfiction.net hehe it’s called I Hate Everything About You
Really? Oh wow! Thank you for the time! I cringe at all those grammar mistakes and spelling errors now but I think I wouldn’t have changed any of it. So nice to connect!
Yes it was that emotional. I am a 61 year old Slytherin..a fan from the release of the first book and the first theatrical experience.. more stoic and logical than most…yet it brought tears to my eyes as well. This was well done sans an onscreen appearance from Jo whom was excluded. So disrespectful as she is responsible for this world and these characters. People would do well to remember that. I also believe that a segment should have been set aside for Professor Snape. He played quite the integral part in the final outcome for this series.

Same!

Hit me hard too, coming from her presence in Peaky Blinders. She was a badass matriarch there :(
The Robbie Coltrane part talking about death is what really got me in tears. The whole last half hour was pretty sad and tear jerking
Agree! (Even though I was already tearing up 30 seconds in lol)
"I will not be there, but Hagrid will" destroyed my soul lol

That last scene had me crying like a baby. That reverb effect on Alan Rickman's saying the patronus charm and "Always" damn that part really cut deep.
The cut still stings all this time!
@@TheScreeningLady "All this time?" Always.
@@minjabens hey I haven't watch this yet... I want to know what is this like, they are in their characters or just a reunion of actors?

The relationship between Gary and Dan is the best!!
Feels like a mentorship!
Even tho I was born not much before Order of the Phoenix, I still grew up with them all, and cried like a literal baby when watching!!
To the next generation!
Not even a real hard potterhead and this made me bawling
My reaction was basically identical to yours; I was crying and laughing through the whole thing 😭

The sets are at the London Studio Tour.
Nice, thank you for clarifying!
They really chose violence by ending with that scene.
Fact!
