It's a little piece that dangles down under the neck, not sure what it is or why it's there. It doesn't do anything for them that I know of. Most have 2 but some will only have 1 and other may not have any (most likely not pure breed). Bella had 2 but lost one fighting with the other girls here. Thats about all I know.
