- In this video I go over everything you need to know about Fortnite's Magneto update. This update made the Magneto skin unlockable in the battle pass and added the Magnetos power item in game. The saving grace is the start up of the attack. You have to hit them as the animation is beginning

For the last 2 season I was skipping out on the red dot sight. Was using the holo sight the majority of the time. Tonight, I put the red dot on the triple burst smg. My aim improved more with it. Thanks Jake.
Ive actually been using no scope on the burst with Laser and muzzle break. It seems to have no recoil and still no bloom
@@Pool-1232I am so irreparably mixed between having the no scoped and the red dot scoped version 😂 I kinda just go no scope if I for sure have a bow/sniper/magneto mythic but if I’m not carrying any range I gotta put the red dot on there it helps me shoot further I feel like

If you still have problems with invisible walls: Turn your View Distance to Medium. It's caused by low View Distance. Makes absolutely no sense, but they introduced that bug in the beginning of this season.
Didn't know it shielded cars, it makes cars more fun. It's just hard to get. I was in a fight with 3 people with the mythic, g-damn, you can't even build to get away. Nitro + Magneto is pretty dope combo. You can just bounce around and projectile

The best counter I’ve found is to carry a tow hook cannon and the moment they attack shoot it at them and it will do 100 damage and send them back but if you miss then GG your done for
The funniest thing just happened. I had watched this video just a few minutes ago and found out how to find the magneto gloves And as I was trying to complete quests with the gloves I was killed at 3d place by the skin your playing as. I checked your name and sure enough it was you. Nice to see you in a game. You shot me from a tree.
People very much like to complain with this game. I find new items fun. Even if I don't particularly like them, they're gone within a couple weeks or so. Not a big deal. Do people really just want everything to stay the same and never change?

It's worth mentioning that the Shield/Block of the Magneto mythic won't block the scrap balls from other opponents using the mythic, I cheesed a lot of elims by just chunking people through the block with the left click attack. I'm not sure if the Shield/Block can block explosive shots from the Boom Bolt and such though.

The magneto item is easy to play against if they're using the shield, every time someone has done this to me I've been able to easily clean them up with an assault rifle, it breaks quick. The magneto attack however is very annoying to play against, probably two or three times they annihilated me before I even realized what they were doing. It easily kill you while you're inside a car and even if they miss the AOE will still kill you.
Epic always finds away to destroy this game, like that magneto thing for one is doing so much damage, fortnite needs to go back to battle royale, not have these things and cars with mods is trash. This aint twisted metal. Cant wait for this season to be over already.
The gimmicky items this chapter are tiresome. I miss items like the ice gloves from the previous chapter that required people to weigh pros and cons for carrying it.
I'll give a few games a try with the Magneto item...but my intuition is not giving me good feelings about this update 😭

I found it once in 6 games. Maybe that's really bad odds? But I feel like it was pretty rare, but definitely want tips for dealing with it.
I had a really hard time finding the Magneto power yesterday, only once in a few hours of playing. Today, I found it a LOT more. I swear I've seen people flying with it, like the guitar did. And, I found a big purple beam of light on the ground leading up into the sky but I couldn't get it to do anything. What's the deal with that?

I like the magneto power tbf, not too overpowered, I’ve managed to kill someone who has it and had a lot of fun using it myself.

I think the magneto ability is borderline worthless to carry other than very beginning of the match.

I absolutely love this item! Come on guys, it doesn't do damage at all at structures, yes it's ruff to play against it, but soo fun and cool.

Yeah this item is kinda rough. I kinda don't like how it feels to have it out and try and run around with it. I feel like I'm moving in slow motion or something. lol.
I’m just glad the guitar is gone. The drawback with the new gloves is against aimbot players. My team got tore to shreds by a team with this. Destroyed car after car then hammered the team. Watched them after and they were legit shooting players without even looking in their direction. Gotta love those gaming chairs.

1:43 what the heck happened here why did Jake not take fall damage? Was it because he switched to fists as he was falling?

he had on the nitro /megalo don medal. (under the nitro effect there's no fall damage) (you can tell if somebody has nitro "on" from their shoes being on fire.
I also believe you don't take fall damage if you have the gloves equipped. Saw someone else test it

glad they introduced reload .......tired of all the overpowered gimmicks that can literally put players that don't have them at a complete disadvantage .......they hit hard then toss u around like a salad so take high damage on top of being completely disoriented........what the hell is competitive ....or fair about that?
