Monty Sunshine was one of the best British jazz clarinetists and featured on the 1959 hit recording of Petite Fleur with the Chris Barber Band. A wonderful musician with a life-long career in jazz. This recording was probably made in 1953, there is no information on the disc.
The video has images of a few rarer UK jazz LPs from the '50s and '60s plus images of up to date CD releases by Andrew Oliver, Steve Pistorius, and Hal Smith led bands. There is also an image of the souvenir programme from the 1959 UK tour by George Lewis.
