    These five pollen allergy remedies are:
    Nose flush with Himalayan salt to clear out your nostrils from any pollen and mucus stuck in your nose. Flush your nose daily or whenever needed. I use 500ml and 1 tsp of salt. You can also add a pinch of baking soda.
    Black Seed Oil:
    Black seed oil has been proven to alleviate mild-severe symptoms of hayfever and pollen allergy. The following studies show the antihistamine-effects of black seed oil:
    www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2...
    www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1...
    Try eating 1-2 tbsp per day.
    Apple-Cider Vinegar:
    ACV is a staple for so many different issues that most people tend to have it at home. Always buy the organic version with the “mother” at the base of the bottle. It has to be unpasteurized and unfiltered. Drink about 1-3 tbsp per day or 1 or 2 small “shot”-glasses.
    Probiotics:
    probiotics such as Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kombucha help to restore the natural flora in your gut with beneficial bacteria and may help with seasonal allergies.
    Fasting: Intermittent-Fasting (IF) or longer stretches of fasting can help alleviate pollen allergy symptoms by improving your immune system, regenerating & detoxifying your body and reducing inflammation.

    I just use cayenne pepper. Take a qtip/cotton dip in olive oil and then dip it in the cayenne pepper and insert far as possible in each nostril..a bit of a sting but works everytime for quick relief.

    I never usually get bad hay fever but this year seems to be the worst! I don’t know if it’s even pollen I’m sensitive to or more the chemicals sprayed everywhere on plants & in the air... Sometimes it’s just my throat or tongue that’s itchy, or I’m stuffy & my nose is blocked...Had unimaginably itchy eyes so I’ve been icing my face all morning. Going to try & incorporate these things more, thank you for sharing! :)

    Haven't tried your tips yet, but they sem to be reasonable, will definetly try it. Yes, salt is good for cleaning nose holes and lungs, and my version of its apication was to breathe it dry as a mist or dust. Also, one thing that was helpful for me was to completly cut of sugar 2 months before allergie on ambrosia was about to start, and to continue without sugar as long as allergie period lasts. So, there's one tip from me. Best of luck to everybody

    Two things worked for me recently nasal pathway irrigation with unrefined sea salt rinse. Plus, several drops of black seed oil wisked in luke warm water and run it through your sinuses. Stings a little but it busts up the infection and in two days all the gunk will come out and life gets back to normal.

      I think in that case, it might be best to skip those and just do the nose flush or supplement with some healthy spices like turmeric. Otherwise, you'd break the fast and probably not get into ketosis (even though sauerkraut or apple cider vinegar could be alright in small portions, as they have hardly any calories)

      I have really bad allergies and I've found eating Blueberries every day and strawberries help massively. The problem is its just so expensive. Worth it though! If I forget to eat in the day or I don't have any in my fridge for a few days and asthma flares up, I eat some Ginger which takes the inflammation away after about ten minutes my lungs open up again and my nose unblocks which is just amazing. Hope you can give it a try and it helps you if you haven't already. 🙏🏻

    Hallo,
    Thanks a lot for the tips. I was just curious that do you use Deslodatarin or Loratadin as medifactions too or only these approaches. Also I wanted to ask you if air filters or nose filters help.

    • @Yes2LifeShow
      @Yes2LifeShow  4 роки тому +1

      Hi Rohit,
      Thank you for your comment.
      It probably really depends on the severity of the allergy.
      If I do the nose flush regularly and use black seed oil, typically, after 1-2 weeks I feel a lot better and then it stays this way.
      Last year it took about 2-3 weeks in May to get better. This year, I'll have to see. Typically May is the worst time for me.
      Air filters or an air purifier is a fantastic idea. Thanks for suggesting that.
      I personally don't use medication, but I would suggest everyone to speak to their doctor of course.
      These are just a few things that worked for me and I hope they also help others.
      All the best from Berlin

      @@Yes2LifeShow yes 24 hours. The main reason I purchased it such an expensive fan is because Humidification and Purification especially Pollen filtration both help allergy suffers. This is an ideal combination.
      I had a question... Which Black Seed oil do you use? I will also order the same as it has been effective on you. Also could you also please share the Sauerkraut and Apple Cedar vinegar. If its in Berlin there should be a shop also in Munich selling it. Also himalayan salt.

    • @Yes2LifeShow
      @Yes2LifeShow  4 роки тому +1

      @@eaglesofmai That's a handy tool then :)
      I used the organic blackseed oil on Amazon by Manako.
      For apple cider vinegar and sauerkraut, the ones in any organic supermarket (e.g. Alnatura, Denn's Biomarkt, Bio-company or a local organic supermarket) work well, because they are typically not pasteurized.
      The Sauerkraut should be in the fridge section, as the one on the shelves is pasteurized.

  • @shortlucky7_856

    • @missfaba1781
      @missfaba1781 2 роки тому +2

      Focus on the nasal rinse. And vitamin C intake. Another tip is wearing a mask outside, and dabbing petroleum jelly/vaseline at the corners of your eyes and around nostrils- it acts as a sticky magnet for pollen instead of flying directly into your nose and eyeballs irritating further. Always shower and wash hair before bed- pollen sticks in your hair. I also damp wipe around the inside of my window sills- sometimes you can see yellow pollen powder collect outside windows/patios.

    Update: I found something that works!! Read my full comment
    I’ve randomly developed bad allergies , even when I run at the gym on the treadmill I can’t stop sneezing and then I’m bed ridden off meds the rest of the day. I’m trying all of these and updating you guys! I just got back from a run in the cold and my allergies are acting up so here goes
    1. 2 tblsp of Black Seed Oil (Taken with Probiotics)
    So two hours later the Black Seed Oil and Probiotics did not work. My allergies got worse and I started to violently sneeze so I’m going to skip the next method. Which is the salt water.
    Salt Water: Mixed quite a bit of salt into a bottle with a spout with Alkaline water and flushed out my nose . Update coming soon
