It’s now 10pm + here in Hong Kong and I don’t have any sheep and don’t see any either. But live to see the BC Crew and their love for the work they do. Such beautiful minds and hearts. Thank you for sharing these videos with us. They make a tough day so much warmer and brighter. Keep on keeping on.
I believe you have the soul of a shepherd. I’m not a shepherd either, but I also love seeing the collies do their job faithfully following the shepherd.
When I first moved to Hongkong for a couple of years I had just left Scotland where I had worked for couple months. I will always recall arriving at both Aberdeen...😮🎉😊 Trying to make the impossible connection! Good day^^
This channel is a great example of how UA-cam expands our horizons... Sean captures something most will never experience... But we get to with Storm and Echo... Love Border Collies...🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕
I just love watching your dogs work and how much they love it. When they stop and turn their heads to you with their ears up waiting for you to guide them. You have trained them well Sean. Its beautiful to watch them and brings much joy to my heart ❤️❤️❤️
Sean is a young-looking lad who just turned 29 on January 15th, a well-kept secret by him since it is already the 20th. I wished him a Happy Birthday on the 15th video and will wish him a belated Happy Birthday again!🎈🎁🎂💕
I loved watching Storm making her own decisions as to when to steady or lie down and Echo watching her, but checking back to you to make sure its the right thing to do before doing the same.
Brilliant video! This is a classic demonstration of how BC herding is done, with outstanding action, a top form handler/dog team, epic scenery and great editing. Well done all of you!
Sean, watching you with Storm & Echo is excellent relaxation before bedtime. The dog's acceleration rate from zero is amazing! Best wishes to you and Stacy from Brisbane Australia ❤️🇦🇺
Thanks for this special treat on a Sunday morning in the USA! It's just great to see the sheep moving from the view of the camera on Echo's back, and watch your master sheepherding with this impressive mother and son duo!
in Hong Kong and I don’t have any sheep and don’t see any either. But live to see the BC Crew and their love for the work they do. Such beautiful minds and hearts. Thank you for sharing these videos with us. They
They make it look like magic! Amazing.❤after watching them for many videos, I can see how one will be more of a pusher at times, while the other takes an outer flank position. It seems like they can read each other well through experience, but what a well balanced team! Bravo to you!
In big cities dogs almost beg their owners to go out and stay out. It looks like Strom and Echo are example of " if you like your job, you don't feel like working". :-) Good job to all the team.
Another great video Sean. As a north-east loon now retired in the Far East I really enjoy watching the dogs work and of course the scenery "from home".
We are so fortunate to be able to see you and the BCollies in action. Thank you for the outerwear promo, I will check out the merchandise. Have a great day Sean! ❤️🐑🧔♂️🐕♥️
I love the "Dog Cam". One of the things I take away from these videos - if we are at the dog park or out in a field and I tell my dog to come to me, it's time to leave - they tell me they can't hear me. I learn here that they are lying. :)
That was just brilliant Sean not seen a big herding like that for a while and it’s just magic to watch . You & the dogs make it look so easy but I know it’s actually a testament to your hard work and brilliant teaching of the dogs . Thanks to you all ❤🙏👏
This is amazing...thank you so much for posting and sharing and got yourself a new subscriber. I rode my bicycle across the US in 2020 and I was looking enough to meet a sheep farmer like you and I stop and asked for water and he asked me where I was going with all my stuff on my bike and when I told him he invited me to camp behind his barn. He and his lovely wife fead me and I stayed for a couple of days and help around the ranch and he even took me on a horse back ride around the John Day River in Oregon and The Painted Hills...amazing part of the world and great people. Farmers are some of the nicest people on earth. Cheers.
I want to complement you on your musical choices for your videos - always perfect for the content and evoke exactly the right mood for what you and the dogs are doing.
The BEST photo you have if your bunch is the one of the pup with the yellow garland on its head.... being SO BC and SO attentive at such an early age... definitely the BEST
That is a precious picture of Echo as a pup. He's already turning 3 years old next month, February 24th! His Granny Kate has some of the same yellow flowers on her nose. So sweet. I love Kate!🐾💙
These big herding videos are my favorites. It's awe-inspiring to see just how much energy the dogs happily put out! It seems that they are looking to you for direction, and listening better than ever. I must say that I think it's not fair to see you so much farther north than us, on what you describe as a cold day, and you don’t need a hat. Here in central Oklahoma, we are experiencing temperatures of -17C and colder wind-chills, and if I go out without a scarf around my face, my nose freezes together.
Amazing - I'm always struck when I watch your videos with just how efficient working with the dogs is. They get the job done in short order. Can you imagine trying to herd sheep without them present? It's a terrific partnership a shepherd has with his dogs. A thing of beauty. Also, what a delight to see lovely Storm and Echo.
Man, dogs and sheep all in sync. Dogs know exactly what to do, sheep move without stress, all accomplished with no problems. FULL CREDIT to you and your doggy team. Everyone happy. Dogs fulfilled in their task. And as a border collie past owner, you can see in their eyes the enjoyment and excitement. We train them but it's their instinct that bonds the team🐾🐑🐑🐑 Absolute quality Border collie, Swiss army knife of farming. Do everything you need of them👍👍👍👍
Had a border collie from a puppy until she died at 14 years of age. She was one of the cleverest dogs I ever owned. She understood at least 150 words and phrases even tough she was a city dog. As we live near the Dublin mountains she got plenty of run arounds every weekend. Even on holidays she knew exactly what to do when rounding up animals with other farm dogs.
It's amazing how two highly skilled, well trained dogs can move that many sheep! Love how you praise them and gently redirect, if needed. And I just love the dog cam.
I think city people who have never seen sheep or a working farm are fascinated at the whole process. 🤔 It's really something different. Sean is so nice and kind and seems to enjoy his life outdoors, too, which is what all of us would rather be doing instead of being stuck in an office behind a computer 🖥 all day Carry on guys!!
Oh how I love your precious dogs! Makes my heart happy to see them doing what they love. Thank you Sean for sharing your life with us. We can only imagine. ❤❤
It’s a ballet. The dancers, Echo and Stormy, know the steps. The sheep, the background players, follow their lead. Even though it looks like they are pushing. Thank you. Love and prayers from NC, USA
My parents are farmers in Wisconsin, and after we switched to BCs for our dairy cows, they refuse to get any other breed. They're retired from milking now, and their current good boy, Tune, is 15 years old.
OMG these two are amazing, love watching these videos, sometimes it is easy to think that working dogs are just that but this guy has a lovely relationship with his dogs, thanks for sharing
Just got out of the hospital…watching these wonderful dogs, and in such wondrous landscapes, has been the best medicine for me! Thank you I’m now your big fan !
Zu sehen was einer deiner BC's sieht während sie die Schafe treiben , ist großartig. 😊 Wunderbaren Idee uns diese Sicht zu gewähren. Danke sehr dafür.😊 ❤ Bleibt ALLE gesund.😂
Sean - Lad, Great stuff - as ever!! Your dogs, as the singer once sang, are ‘ *Simply the best* , better than all the rest!!’ Keep up the great work!! Best regards, Scott (a Scot by lineage)
Hey Sean, Stacey, Echo, Storm, and Kate. I love watching your videos. #1 I am a great dog lover. #2 I was raised on a farm and in the fields…yes picking cotton and everything else you can think of. I usually watch when I go to bed. It is so relaxing to watch someone else work. 😁 Your dogs are so amazing and you are so good, patient and loving with them. Hope to someday visit your beautiful country! Stay warm. Your faithful viewer from the state of Alabama in the USA!🇺🇸
Watching Storm and Echo work the sheep is pure poetry.
Thank you
You are correct. I will even say it is poetry in motion.
Agree 💯
Don’t forget Kate!
beautiful comparison

Watching this makes me realize what amazing animals and their owner is .
Thank you
Border Collies, including yours, are incredible! I miss mine! It was 16°f here in Marietta at 8am. Only supposed to get up to 36° today. No snow yet.
It's amazing!

Well said. Expand horizons.
In the UK we used to have a TV program call 'One Man and his Dog' which covered competitive sheep herding with Collies.
I just love watching your dogs work and how much they love it. When they stop and turn their heads to you with their ears up waiting for you to guide them. You have trained them well Sean. Its beautiful to watch them and brings much joy to my heart ❤️❤️❤️
They work so tirelessly, and deserves lots of love and respect
Thank you
Transported to beautiful Scotland, watching happy sheepdogs and listening to a lovely narration. Time well spent.
You, Sean, are the sweetest kid; I hope your family is proud of you and your lovely wife.

I loved the way they sat there like coiled springs, one word and they were OFF!
I love seeing the dog's-eye-view. Thanks for taking the time to make this video!
These border collies are worth their weight in gold! Great video, thanks to you, Sean and dogs 😊
Thank you for sharing with us. Your dogs are magnificent. ❤
Storm is such an expert now. She lies down on her own if she gets too close to the sheep 😅. Looks like she can almost herd them on her own.
Storm is the teacher pet tho 😂
She’s brilliant
