- EV80 v twin diesels with Electronic control , very sweet running will post on kijiji 3-- 4 sale
basic engine 20 hp. alternator, starter, rad, glow plugs, fuel pump air filter housing and filter, ignition switch , wiring harness for ecu. options bosch foot modular or hand held modular as shown
weight = 56KG
This looks like one of those engines that every time you get done using it you notice a few bolts missing. I like the idea of it tho!
the electronic actuator is a type of cnc nema stepper motor, at .40 to .48 you hear it move to the start position . all the exposed to the elements electrical connections are delphi waterproof.
The clanging sound you hear is the washers around the wheel hub bouncing around
have you any experiment inboard boat application with condenser or keel cooling system

What is part number of your ecu because my mine is broken... Ev 80 diesel...
please help me with the circuit diagram to wire the ecu to the stepper motor on the injector pump. if possible i need ECU pin out connections for the same EV80 engine.

Yes, I tried at the beginning since they sent me gen control unit. the throttle is so fine from cut off to high speed was less then an inch. touchy
i have a generator use ev80 v- twin engine. can you show me the cause of the engine being over speed. Thank!
you use a different control unit, when I bought these they sent me gen controllers, not variable speed units. took a few months to get the proper ones it works on pulses same as a cnc

Ecu, oh well you can use a audrino cnc controller to control the nema 17 governor I was going that route when they sent me the wrong ecu

so the injection motor is a nema 17?
No, it is the throttle control that uses nema 17 stepper motor

yes, i've been so busy on other projects still have 2 engines, one still in the crate

is this engine better than ricardo or kubota engines?
Kubota is Japanese , these are a chinese version of a Yanmar Vertical 2 cyl diesel
