- Watching a steam train rush past at speed, especially close-up and at track level, is an exhilarating experience even though it is over in seconds. Here is a collection of 31 clips of high speed passes to make up a 15 minute sequence selected from my back catalogue of HD videos for you to enjoy.
Starting with a clip featuring my all time favourite soundtrack, the 31 chapters plus information can be accessed on the timeline in the form of loco number, location and date as below:

Hi Terry. Yes it is interesting to see some of the older clips, I hate those wires with a capital H and they seem to be particularly ugly on the GWML. Best wishes, Alan

Outstanding collection, Alan! We wish we could run steam that fast here in the States without the Federal Railroad Administration having conniptions over the speed.
Thank you Max, your kind and interesting comments are very much appreciated. Best regards, Alan

No worries, mate. Cheers from Reading, Pennsylvania.
I have a steam engine train toy set it,s pretty amazing❤❤
They weren’t built to be this fast. They were only built to carry freight or take passengers or whatever shit they do now. 💀
Not fast enough. Need clips at MUCH higher speed..
Maybe this will suit you better? ua-cam.com/video/PPr8bwb9su8/v-deo.html
@@Steamclips No good... these are just clips editors have speeded up... you can tell by the speed of everything else in the clips (people moving, wind blowing trees etc).
@@christianwolstencroft3431that’s the point you just want these trains fast.
I solute u.k steam train
Glad you enjoyed the clip Kannan. Thank you for your valued feedback. Kind regards, Alan
