This is the first I’m hearing of a phobia of something with a lot of holes. Interesting. I’m sure there is a phobia for just about everything. I can’t watch him eating gooey animal skin or fat.
I remember my trip to Phatthalung back in 2015. We drove from KL, Malaysia to Hatyai, Thailand (about 8 hours). Then drove from Hatyai to Phatthalung (about 2 hours). We stayed in Sri Pakpra Resort. My friends and I were the only foreigners at that resort. The hotel manager told us too that not many foreigners come to Phatthalung as there is nothing much to do 😅At this resort is where we can see the unique style of fishing - giant fish nets/rods. We took the same boat ride at this lake as well to see the lotus lake. It's really beautiful. I won't forget that roadtrip, I wish to go back again Phatthalung again!
Micah growing so fast & well mannered kid. We never get tired of your vlogs Mark. We get to eat & travel with you during this time of COVID. GOD BLESS & KEEP YOUR FAMILY HEALTHY & SAFE🙏😇

I love the content here in this channel of yours. I enjoy seeing you, your wife and son doing some vacation. Micah is growing so fast and Ying is still beautiful with that sweet smile of hers. What a happy and humble family! Keep safe always! ❤️❤️❤️
Uncle was so cool! Mark, I just love how you always look at things positively and the loving life attitude. It's very uplifting and encouraging. Love it!
mark you are always so happy and it's so nice to see you and your family always together you always act so friendly with every body I love your videos very much
I truly appreciate the fact that you considered your viewers phobia! Truly appreciated!! Love watching your videos. There’s not a lot of good UA-camrs that do blogs for the Philippines and this is the closest I have from that so much appreciated!
I love how positive and descriptive Mark is! It's his energy and effort that makes him and his family so likeable and respected. He truly seems to care about his content and his encounters with the amazing folks he meets and spends time with! Keep on keepin on Mark!!! Much love and respect from NORCAL dude!
Thank you for not showing the lotus seed pods!! I was bracing myself for it luckily you acknowledged us trypophobia sufferers and were considerate of our feelings! You are amazing! Your videos are what’s kept me going through these horrid times, we always look forward to seeing you explore beautiful Thailand. If anything, probably one of my favourite collections! Keep up the good work Mark!
I did this a year ago. it was incredible! I took the wooden boat too. They take you out on the lake and then take you to a location away from other tourists, stop the boat and the driver let’s you just meditate and take it all In (endless beauty of a lake filled with lotuses). Highly recommend, but keep in mind it’s seasonal and best to go early morning when the lotuses are just awakening and open up and the sun rising. Love Thailand and many of the people!
Mark being considerate of those with a phobia was so thoughtful. Because at first I was like what? He can’t show it? Then he explained why. Got it now lol 👍🏾
Uncle and Auntie are the coolest people ever. Natural way of life, reminds me of growing up in Jamaica with the Rasta's in the hills for a time. Michah is living the life with all these rich experiences. Gwaan tru Mark!!!

Hello there Mark and the family! I myself have been living in Thailand for over 10 years and all in your videos are very familiar, yet i LOVE LOVE LOVE watching these!! You are always so happy and respectful. I loved how proud Khun Lung was about the food. Thank you for these videos!
The wild flower on the water are so beautiful. This shows that earth can give more if people maintain it with respect. The birds, yes, will be attracted in a peaceful environment. 😎
I love everything, uncle is very unique character, and a fixer 🚽🤣 - very humble. Remembered living in kind of place but is where more fun you have the most, climbing trees, and going tree to tree just like a little 🐒, eating the fruit in season. This trip brought me to so many memories.

The noise of the canoe's engine brings me nostalgic memories of trips on Amazonian rivers. Even in improvisation, the uncle has a lot in common with Brazilians. I laugh a lot at that part 🤣🤣🤣. I met your channel through a video from Belém you made. Your videos are better than many paid channels like Discovery. You should be on TV. Congratulations!!!👏👏

Wonderful!! Beautiful too & peacefulSo good to see Micah & Ying! Micah getting big!!so many beautiful places & Street foods-restaurants all over Thailand.
That is not lotus. Lotus grows on mud. That is a water lily. Lotus are more exotic. Common in Buddhist countries though. Lotus is 300 times more beautiful than a water lily. And I’m crazy about flowers.
Beautiful. Lively episode. Love the strategic move to continue vlogging through covid. Where others have stopped, Mark Wiens has ventured on. Keep em coming.👍👍👍
Always stop by Thale Noi when visiting my Grandma in Pa Payom. It's beautiful at sunrise!
