I love Nomos especially the Club and Club Campus models. Some have a WR of 200m which belies their dressy appearance.

Why is the hour hand and minute hand always singular but second hand always plural at "seconds hand"?

Because "second" also means "the one after the first one". Adding the S makes it clear we're talking about the time unit
