- Another guided meditation! I'm hoping to do these monthly. This meditation will be during the first 10 minutes or so and then the rest of the session will continue with aligning and healing each chakra while you sleep or rest.

My mom is a high priestess and when I was little and was sick or had nightmares she would come sit on my bed and gently comb through my hair and do guided meditation like this with me. Now I’m away for college and I found your UA-cam through Tik Tok, and this video specifically brings back a little bit of my childhood for me

This video and your guided meditation works miracles! I was in afib all day and meds weren’t touching it. I turned to ASMR for relaxation (and finally some rest) like I usually do - found this and it worked like a charm. I just listened to the audio, your soothing voice and the sound of the waves while letting my imagination take me to such interesting places inspired by your words. Thank you so much for making this.
