Wow that was a crazy build 16hz! I have 2-18" sundown zv.5 on a Taramps MD8000 in .5 ohm load, ported box tuned too 30hz and my Tahoe doesn't shake nowhere near like his wow. I would love 2 hear the lows in that truck i bet it was Orgasmic 2 say the least. But great vid & good info at the end on how 2 get a box 2 play them super lows. Great & vids & info keep it up bro 👍👍

Humans can’t hear that low. What they’re hearing is the vibrations of the truck and the speaker motor structure and speaker components. Definitely rocks the whole car and is a great setup.

Nice, that's why I'm doing around 11.5 ft3 ported, tuned to 26ish to be able to play 20hz clean with a big ass port 10", setting port length to around 19ish inches, internal measurements of box will be W 39" X H 24" X D 22", port on rear of box.
Had to go with MDF because their Lauan was crappy, saved money in the process.

I like my bass to play hard and clean down to 20hz and have always hated pretty much anything above 35hz for spl type stuff.
same which is why i hated my kicker comps. it couldn't hit the lows for nothing but now i've upgraded to the xfl1244 and man o man does that thing hang low under any condition.

@@Zack-dk3pt my old CVR kickers used to hit nice and low. The new CompR sucks at lows. I like to feel that shake below 35hz, and these days none of the mainstream subs do it, and alot of class d amps just don't put out at frequencies that low. Old school mosfet amps were so much better. The lower the note the harder they pushed.
@@Jackmerius_Tacktheretrix ahh. i am with you a lows that is why the comp s completely turned me off form kicker and when i look for an amp it has to go down to 15hz minimum which is why i got the rockville db15. i know rockville has recieved some flak for a few of their products but the db series is on point. especially for the price.

Deputy93111 I have a taramps bass 5k I’ve had it for about two weeks on stock alt I have two extra batts tho... best amp you can get it you can’t afford the Koreans that do the same power... and these operate at 12 volts not 14... just have some know how before you use the amp you’ll be fine. It’s great you should buy it

Excuse my ignorance but my understanding of a 6th order is porting to the main chamber but i can not see any ports? if there is no porting internally then this is 4th order.
