    Consistency is key with this one guys, it’s only 5 minutes so make sure to do it daily. Amazing core workout for speed

    Just wanted to say this has been so useful to me!! I’ve honestly been doing this at least 2x/week base core for over a year ! I put this on and just follow along when I don’t have time to think or can’t be stuffed thinking about what core to do !!

    • @royalrod_
      @royalrod_ 5 років тому +1

      Depends on your body composition. Everyone's different.. Mix this with a clean diet & try it for a month and see the results yourself.

    • @royalrod_
      @royalrod_ 5 років тому +2

      @@williamdavis4180 Incorporate into your workout regimen usually on offset days. i.e I'd do core workouts every other day last.
      Or switch it up and do them in the morning to get my energy going through out the day. All depends on your schedule .

    • @royalrod_
      @royalrod_ 5 років тому +5

      @@williamdavis4180 Staying consistently on a clean diet will most definitely get you to see your abs .. These workouts only strengthen your core. Diet is like 80-90% of the work to make them visible.

      Once a day is good, doesnt have to be intense. Just make it consistent and focus your energy and time, in plyometrics, sprints, drills, weights etc. Even in recovery days these are good
