Hello! I want to understand the purpose behind the exercises I do. Can you please explain how to properly do fast hands and how the first three exercises in this video are effective? Thanks in advance!
@@williamdavis4180 Incorporate into your workout regimen usually on offset days. i.e I'd do core workouts every other day last. Or switch it up and do them in the morning to get my energy going through out the day. All depends on your schedule .
@@williamdavis4180 Staying consistently on a clean diet will most definitely get you to see your abs .. These workouts only strengthen your core. Diet is like 80-90% of the work to make them visible.
Once a day is good, doesnt have to be intense. Just make it consistent and focus your energy and time, in plyometrics, sprints, drills, weights etc. Even in recovery days these are good
You train abs with volume, charlie francis, one of the most influential coaches for modern sprint training even said this. The explosive stuff comes from doing sprinting itself
If I have an abs workout 3 times per week, Can I include the exercise of this video with my previous workout and dont have a risk of injury if i do it every day?

Depends on your body composition. Everyone's different.. Mix this with a clean diet & try it for a month and see the results yourself.

They say core for that long isn’t needed, for track anyway, maybe 5-10 minutes
