    Wow working six days a week. At Amazon our work schedule consists of working 4 days a week at 10 hours a day. We have the option to pick up extra shifts on our days off. You are tougher than me. I couldn't handle working at USPS. I was a CCA and I was working 6 days a week and the managers would often call me in on my day off. Keep up the good work.

    Mail Processing Clerk here…. I know that every place has its own set up but one thing stays the same, Get whatever your working on BMC, Wire etc as close to the pass as you can then toss to each bin. It will save you thousands of steps each day. Trust me I have been do the same job as you for the past 2 years.

    Forget having a doctors appointment or a life with this job I did it for two days and I was in so much physical pain and the schedule didn’t help my schedule was 2am-12:30 pm. Pushing those wire crates that hold the packages killed my back I couldn’t get out of bed after two days. I wished I was physically stronger I could of handled but its too much. Really bummed out I couldn’t continue cus I really needed the money and the job was easy just not physically.

    Hi, thank you for the video.... Are all clerk positions require you to leave work only to come back later in the day, and do it 6 days a week? Early or long hours don't bother me, but coming back to work does. Looking at the post office hours they aren't even open on Sundays, does this still apply for employees? This may be a silly question but I'm looking at an opening. The hours of town in looking at is 9 to 430 on week days, and 9am to 11 sat, and off Sundays.

    • @dayonam
      @dayonam  9 місяців тому +1

      Hey, no all clerk positions don’t require you to come back later in the day, around the holidays the hours are just really long it’ll start to feel like you were just there lol. Most positions are 6 days a week as far as I know. Don’t go off of the posted hours, those are the hours that people can drop off their mail, etc. Mail runs 24/7 so just keep that in mind. I hope this helps!

I know that there is no perfect job, but in my last job i worked in a restaurant, when it's full it's amazing because the hours fly by and you're productive and when you see it, it's been 6 hours but at another time it's not busy, you think it's been an hour and when you look at the clock it hasn't even been 30 minutes
