My first recommendation was Marine too. Straight from her channel no subs so I had no idea what she was talking about, but cute anime girl talking with a moving avatar seemed pretty hype at the time so
My first video was her attempting to do impression of other people on discord. I thought they were all quite talented with their voices and very much impressed by senchou's down to earth sense of humor. I think she's great for newcomers because she throws out the window this notion that idols are meant to be seiso and that feels very authentic.
