After a month of barely communicating with him, try to invite them to play online games. Don't use any kind of voice chat until the game finish. Also don't get てえてえ yet. After finishing the game, try to talk about something they dont fully understand (of course, about personality of a vtuber). And also mention the vtuber name, ex: "Just like Ookami Mio". If they took the bait by saying "i don't understand what that means", "can you explain what's that?" or similar things, then this is your chance. Give them the funniest vtuber clip you ever watch, that is easy for new viewers, i recommend those short episodes from [Hololive VTuber Group] channel, since their pun is relatively easy to follow for someone who's new to the world of vtubers. In my case, i recommend him the "i slipped" episode and the bait is "straight man" More details: i'm in indonesia, 18 years old and one year older than my friend, we've never met before. He's tolerant and also a weeb (but not hardcore like me)

There are some clips we have on youtube of them appearing as guests seiyuu radio shows and game promotional broadcasts. Honestly, I think they have collabed once or twice but I think on Nico Nico.
