How to feather icing on biscuits | Flood Icing | Biscuiteers

In today’s biscuit icing tutorial, we’ll be demonstrating how to create a beautiful feathered pattern using flood icing. Flood icing is the thinner of the two types of icing we use here at the Ministry of Biscuits, and is the perfect way to add colour and texture to your biscuit design, whilst line icing is a thicker type of icing, and is used to add small details and intricate designs.
To follow this biscuit icing tutorial you will need:
Blank biscuits
Parchment paper
A toothpick
Flood icing
Line icing
