@@cardboardcrafts9834 I do not know RedBubble's current rules around public domain photos. Even though it is legal to sell public domain photos, individual third party websites can restrict their use, so I recommend contacting them and reading their current rules. I have seen previously sell edited public domain photos on their though and those products have been very successful 🌞
I realized that that I always ask "hey, how can I set this" or "hey Sarah, what do you recommend for the last 3 months of the year to sell" But I don't ever say: Hey Sarah, how are you? I hope you are doing well blessings to you and your family greetings from México 🙋🏽♂️

I have been binge watching your videos for about three days now. You’re such an inspiration. I’ve been wanting to start earning some passive income, and now thanks to you, I’m extremely motivated to do so. So, thank you.
Forget google images. Bing images have an option them lets you search by public domain. Google images let's you only search by creative commons and commercial license. But with Google, being that every image have a different license type. It makes it harder.
You can't completely trust that because people do take images from non public domain sources, then upload them to Flickr, note they are in the public domain and now the search engines have no way to tell the difference, which is why I prefer to go to websites that are likely to be the original source first 🙏🌞
You are too cute! I love your kind spirit that's so apparent in your videos and just simply in your smile. Thank you for inspiring me and giving me the courage to become an entrepreneur, which can be, well, terrifying. Fighting the inner voice (which probably comes indirectly from my childhood), that I can't do it, is exhausting. Thanks for helping me believe in myself! I want to encourage everyone else too. You CAN do it! A lot of hard work, a pinch of passion, and Sarah's expertise!
Thanks Sarah for all your help! The last 2 vid's where just what I was looking for! If it were for you I my not be here. Let go from my job. Saw your vids now started working hard for me. POD!!! Go'n for it! (Hope you are well. You deserve It! For Helping All of Us!)😊
Please make videos on really confusing topics, (1) If I am Non US citizen, then do I have to take all us states resale certificate? (I’m from India) (2) Printful and Printify requires US resale certificate? (3) Which things I have to pay attention most about taxes, if I am non US citizen like you? (4) Do you sale your POD products only in US or all over world? If you sell in all over world then do you separately pay taxes of other countries? (5) How to open US bank account for Non-US citizen? Because Tax Jar Autofile requires US bank account. (6) If I want to sale Printify/Printful products in all over the world, then do I have to pay taxes of all countries separately? Or sale only in US is Good Idea? (7) If I use Tax Jar for Autofile then do I have to pay taxes manually in all US states one by one? So please! Make Videos on these topics. It will be very helpful for everyone. Thank You.
Sarah, can you do a video about what to use on what products, please! I have a ton of photos I have taken and I'm working on starting a print on demand shop but when I set up a t-shirt with a graphic including a photo it looks bad. I sent for a sample to see but I'm thinking maybe photos don't print well on t-shirts? So now I'm wondering what I can use my photos on, Mugs maybe? Would love to hear your experiences of what works best on t-shirts (and other items) photos, text, drawings, etc.
I did red bubble and got suspended in a few days, I had taken photos that I thought were free domain and I got suspended, I had one photo that wasn’t free domain and that was my cover photo and thought that wouldn’t get me suspended, have I lost everything ? Or can I get it back ?
My Redbubble account got suspended after using two public domain images 😢 i don't know what i did wrong because Redbubble is loaded with similar art. This experience confused and discouraged me from continuing POD
i hope everyone you including you CREDIT THE ARTIST/PHOTOGRAPHERS . You are already earning money using their photos that they graciously provide to you, the LEAST YOU CAN DO is CREDIT THEM
thanks for all the info! Question about pixnio though. What is allowed? ✓All photos can be used for free for commercial and noncommercial use. What is not allowed? ✕Do not sell unmodified copies of images, for an example unaltered copy of photo printed as poster or on product. Now...english is not my first language but this seems pretty confusing to me..hahaha. So i can use the pics but i have to modify them first?
So if we get a public domain image on pixnio for example, would saturating or contrasting or cropping the image be enough for it to be considered modified to sell on Etsy? Would I also have to use that reverse image tool to check where the original originated?
Do we have to modify the photo that we downloaded before we can sell it? It says you cannot sell the photo without modifications even though it says public domain! Please respond. Thank you.
Great video thankyou! If they are free videos with no copyright conditions do u need to make some sort of change ie background etc to resell? What if u like the image as is lol ?
FYI just like on UA-cam with how you can use videos because they put their videos as Creative Commons license it doesn't mean that you can use it. The reason for that is that the user of that CC video license or like you pointed how pixabay used to be like pixnio, that means any pictures you find at any moment might change policy and it would be illegal to download. 😂
If I put something up for print on demand on say Printify and then create an online store to sell them... If I receive an order and ship the t-shirt with my design directly to the customer will it not show the receipt of the money that I paid to Printify rather than the amount paid by the customer to my store?
While I have no problem paying for services... I found most of these sites offered NO free images.. clicking on the image only took me to a page to "purchase", the image... And oddly all the purchase pages were exactly alike.. So I think this video could use some updating as the websites seem to have gone the way of "photobucket", and are pretty much subscription only....
Hey I'm really grateful to you for opening my eyes into making income from the print on demand business. I got into Redbubble and my shop was doing very well but it got closed and my account got deleted because I used creative commons photos, the reason they closed my shop was because they encourage creativity and don't like it when people use pics anyone can find on the internet even if they're creative commons and no copyright. I do like your videos though and the insight they bring, could you like this comment and maybe address such an issue in a future video? It will be helpful for anyone who's in the print on demand business and help them keep their shops active ^^ Thanks.
I am sorry to hear that! Just a quick note for the future, Creative Commons is not the same as Public Domain and they do have restrictions and are copyrighted unless you follow the rules of the license. To legally use a CC picture you need to properly credit the author as per the terms of the license, and each CC license as their own rules, and the crediting process is usually quite extensive. If you do not properly credit the original creator then the image is illegally in violation of the license. This is why I do not recommend people use CC images on RedBubble and why I have only reuploaded edited Public Domain photos, and my account is still active and selling 🙏🙏🙏
I think what she has to say is useful but let's keep an eye on creating value! My wife bought one of these books on Amazon by mistake and it was complete junk. So it was waste of the creators time, the resources to make it and our time to buy and return it. The last thing the world needs is more junk to end up in the bin. And yes I've designed an original product that own the rights to and has been successfully sold across Amazon's
When I'm designing and save my downloads. They show up in my file explorer as a chrome icon. I've tried to change the default folder several times in my google account and on the properties of my file explorer folders because I can never find them when trying to grab them for photo editing. And they show in the folder when I click the show in folder while the tab is at the bottom of my screen. But they just dont show up when im trying to grab them. Is there any way to bypass this? Even if I change browsers?

I am a bit confused, Rawpixel licsnse says: # You can’t re-sell or re-distribute rawpixel content. # You can’t use rawpixel content for prints or other merchandise without adding considerable artistic value. So I am not allowed to resell rawpixels images as digital downloads or prints, correct?
You have mistaken the Raw Pixel image license for THEIR photos/pictures, as applying to all photos/pictures uploaded to their website. Yes, they have created and uploaded their own photos & pictures. And for the pictures/photos Raw Pixel created, they have their own license. This doesn't mean that all of the photos/pictures uploaded to there were made by them - they aren't. They have also uploaded public domain photos/pictures too, and those photos/pictures have the public domain license, not their license. It would be illegal for them to add a license to those, as they are in the public domain, and legally they can't be removed from it.
And be careful. Many times one clicks on it and it turns out to be istock.... some magic things happens... Maybe the google advertisements is tracking me.
