What a nice modification, thank you so much for sharing. I just did that mod on my hatsan and before the chrony marked 770 fps with 25 gr jsb, now with the increase 4.5 mm of the transfer port marks 802 fps, it gives me 16 regulated shots since I put the HUMA regulator. Very easy to make this modification and the increase in power is quite noticeable.

It wouldn't be so much the pin size but the valve size that would need to be enlarged on a FAC gun, I've heard the restricted guns from other countries would benefit from a change to a FAC valve but I am not very familiar with the restrictions on those guns...
If you do decide to mod the probe or bolt make a hole underneath like the transfer port and then drill out the center of it that should give you the most flow. Great job your on the way to some real power👍😎👌✌️
For me it was worth it since it Is my hunting gun , so I gained about about 10 FPE with no hammer adjust.. using JSB 34gr I'm now getting 54 fpe out of them and very accurate.... I would suggest you see what the gun can do with Hammer Spring adjustment first and see if that meets or comes close to your target goal..
What ever is the smaller diameter hole will be your restriction, If your gun shoots amazing the way it is right now just keep shooting at that way if you want a little improvement and you have a goal than you could try opening up just one side...

@@airpower7692 Unfortunately the small tube limits this gun, they do have the Flash LONG AG, Longer barrel and the longer air tube But I do not believe it's available in the US at least at this time... You can find UA-cam videos of it though You can find UA-cam videos of it though...
Yes I left the barrel in so it would match up, just measure the depth and put a piece of tape on the drill so you don't go to far and hit the bottom of the barrel!!!! Be very careful and take your time ...
Can you tell me please what was the size of the hole that is inside of the receiving block (hole that leads air to the barrel) before you opened it more and how much you opened it.
It's supposed to have 40 foot pounds to begin with and then you're talking about having a regulated 12 foot pound air gun I take it you live in the UK and have to deal with Draconian regulations upon something as simple as an air gun.

I'd think opening up that tp alone should get you into the 40fpe range. Good idea with the "small steps".

Is the location of transfer port the same on at44 models ?
What size bit did you use for the port?
