Version 2.3 will be INCREDIBLE! | Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3 "Farewell, Penacony" Livestream

Even with all the new hype surrounding Wuthering Waves and the release of Zenless Zone Zero, Honkai: Star Rail is separating themselves by pumping out, what I believe will be, another fantastic patch in Version 2.3! Looks like we'll be getting the conclusion of the Penacony Story Arc as well as some brand-new permanent features and exciting new events!
Not to mention a 2.4 sneak preview at the end of the livestream...

Serval would be the closest thing to doing blast with basic atk, when you get her e1.
"Basic atk deals lightning dmg equal to 60% of the basic ATK's DMG to a random enemy adjacent to the target of the basic atk."
