Her voice was just not good enough. I know I m gonna upset people by saying that but remember destiny child, brandy, Whitney ….were way ahead by that time. Don,t get me wrong the production value was there but the voice was sorely lacking. Lashawn Daniels and teddy Riley will tell you how much efforts and fix they had to bring on each tracks to make it as harmonious and powerful as possible. She should have recorded with people in London who knew her limitations. Once again I still think that album was great but sung by someone with a more potent voice would have been a masterpiece ❤❤❤

Mel’s always been the hottest of the group! I had so much expectations on her solo career! Even with the failure there were amazing songs! It was all about bad timing as it was released in the middle of the “Spice Girls Comeback” and single singles wrong choices!

For me I would love to see the spice girls perform.. their hits start with some songs then say have them sing " Stop !!!" That would lead into Emmas first set of say "Maybe" ," What took you so long " and then either "What I am" or "Please dont stop" and then blend into "Tell me why "with the Girls and then blend into Mel B perform say "Tell Me , mixed with" I want you back " and say "Feels so good" then we go into "Holler" with the Girls, then Victoria sings "Out your mind , with "Not such an Innocent girl" and " This Groove" finishing off the Rnb set with "Let love lead the way " and then slowly move into say Mel C with "Never be the same again ", " Northern Star " and say " I turn to you " then have "Headlines " where they would bring Geri in and she would sing say "Raining Men" , then lift me up/Look at me , and finish with Mi Chico Latino.. and blend then into Viva Forever the Spanish theme with the 5 girls.. and continue more of their older songs ..... just a idea to shake up the set list. This is just a guess of their solo songs as they have lots of singles to pick from.
