Who's here that just wants to listen and relax?...
You provide thorough, in-depth demos without the ego self-indulging jabber. Your sub count should be at least 100K.
Only just seen this! Thank you, I appreciate you taking the time to comment :)
this is so beautiful, came here to check out supermassive and stayed for your sound, so good
Heavenly sound!
Man, you nailed it, I take screenshots to add in my presets, good job, thanks
that's some beautiful playing
Thank you :)
I use this now 4 years. Its absolutely incredible and free. I use seabeems and hydroharp prests. Beautiful.
It's so awesome...
I managed to put this into my rig as part of the effects loop with a USB-audio and two loop-switcher pedals (because I use stereo). That way I can use it through real speakers sounds amazing
Wait, that’s possible!?
Thanks for your video went and dug up this and worked with it more not much you can't make with this never gave it a chance my mistake
Excellent
arguably the best free plugin :D
dude this plugin is amazing,i have it but i can only use it for editing an already recorded piece, how can i use it in real time? i connect my guitar direct to a zoom g3 which i use it like an usb interface, and audacity for recording
Additionally, you could try a VST host - I use soundbridge
You seem like a dude who would love (my favorite pedal) the Walrus Audio Slo. Have you tried one?
This thing is amazing! Too bad it's mono, otherwise I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Currently have the Slo sat on my desk! hoping to release the demo on Wednesday. I love it!
Is this thing able to replace a guitar pedal? I've been eyeing guitar pedals in the price range of a big sky but now am considering getting a good audio interface and a good plugin but not sure if any reverb plugin is truly made for guitar and can be as flexible as a big time reverb like Big Sky, Empress, or GFI.
That's a interesting question, I guess it depends on your needs..
If you gig/tour or wanna play through an amp in a rehearsal space and jam with friends then you get into problems..
If you just want to mess around with reverb and explore sounds then I don't see an issue :) plugins are very versatile! They can be wacky or subtle, and most sound absolutely killer! (Not to mention can be incredibly cheap when sales are on.. on even free!)
I would just make sure you have decent amp sim software also :) hope this helps!
@@RyanLutton awesome, thanks for the quick reply! I'm planning on getting Amplitude or something similar as well if I go this route, although I do love my amp, so maybe a cab sim. Won't be gigging anytime soon so mainly just for soundscape ideas, and recording! I've been dying to get my hands on a "one reverb to rule them all" pedal but maybe I can accomplish that with some plugins. Thanks again!
Help!! I tried using Valhalla Supermassive for recording Ambient pads. Now since I don't have a volume pedal, I tried using the volume knob rolling technique. Somehow the volume increases way too abruptly, it's not a consistent increase (no matter how delicately I try to increase it). Any suggestions on how I can Improve this ?
Sadly some potentiometers can be quite aggressive, you could get the volume pot switched out or cleaned? Other than that I'd recommend a volume pedal or swell pedal. I remember I had a guitar where you'd only really hear the volume change above 7 then it swooped up to 10, you couldn't hear a difference between 3 and 6.
@@RyanLutton Thank you so much buddy! I'm hundred percent sure it's the pot. I got the guitar serviced recently, maybe there was some kind of error from the technician. Because I remember playing some smooth pads on the same guitar a couple of months ago. Thank you so much for the guidance again, I'll see if the pots work. Else I'll switch to a pedal
Sounds very similar to Walrus D1 Mako delay pedal.
Haven't tried the Walrus Mako pedal but I love their stuff, very ambient :)
Really? Now I'm going to have to listen to demos to compare. Good thing this plugin is free ;)
With h software that you plugged Valhalla?
The guitar is running through the Waves GTR 3 stuff and the DAW is FL Studio 20 :)
@@RyanLutton nice, i using latest version of "Personus Studio One 5"
Invest in volume pedal for that volume swells.
I actually have 3 volume pedals haha but I don't know something about the ramp up on them.. they're not very smooth, any volume pedals you would suggest?
@@RyanLutton I use Yamaha FC7, lot of people like Little Alligator from Morley.
I read you and i feel bad... I only have my expression pedal from my Korg Ax1500g... But i think sounds good
A true gentleman with dignity swells on volume knobs.
@@Lavalle.mp3 It's not about this, with volume pedal you have both hands free and ready :)
Haha that’s what I usually do
so sad that they can make it a pedal like this
