Beast Wars may be my favourite ever line of Transformers. Just pure fun with loads of gimmicks and real solid figures. I've found I haven't enjoyed the new Kingdom figures as much cos they feel like regular figures and not something meant to be played with. Would love some Transmetal rereleases. I got my TM Rattrap out of storage last year not knowing about its chrome flaking issues. Didn't take me long to find out.
Sixo, Kenner actually isnt gone. While Hasbro always owned the trademark, they did recently revive Kenner for select action figure or big playset releases. I believe Star Wars was a prime candidate.
Ordered this guy, he looked quite good and got it for nearly half price (if anyone's after him in the UK Smyths have him for £13). Hope they reissue the Transmetals, a non GPS Megatron would be great.
I've already got Cheetor, he's great. I'm getting Rattrap and Megatron, and very much look forward to having both. I don't plant on getting Optimus Primal cause I have the Universe version. Nice review of Rattrap.
This is a random question: but do you keep any of the packaging when it comes to unboxing? I’d imagine higher end collectibles and very vintage stuff it’s probably best, but totally curious on stuff like this! Love the video. Rattrap was one of my favorites and first I had as a kid! MAN I really want them to continue this line. I know not all the bots will get a reissue but at least the main cast, maybe a Magnaboss set that doesn’t have gps…..

Despite it's age BW Megatron holds up quite well today.

I have a Machine Wars Optimus Prime (redeco of G1.5 Thunderclash) and I definitely kept the box, and still have it.
