I started with an ATR2100 and haven’t felt the need to change. I do feel the need for an interface, now. Thanks!

I use a Rode podcaster and I have a small Shure I could use on the road but haven't yet. A friend did and the sound was amazing! Great video.

Well done. I've been a big fan of Q2U for years (essentially identical to ATR2100). Recently, I've switched to the new $100 Rode Videomic Go II. It is USB only (not XLR) and a shotgun mic. I have mounted to a cheap extension arm just out of webcam frame view. You won't get that booming radio "God" voice (proximity effect) from a mic right up on your mouth. But, I increasingly dislike having a big, nerdy mic in view for video podcasts or webmeetings.

I started with a TONOR and now that I'm feeling more comfortable, I will place some serious hints and see if Santa delivers on the Samson Q2U or the ATR2100x.
