Very nice job! Remind me to never buy an abandoned landscape nursery, holy cow what a mess you had to clean up. They got a great deal.
Highlights for me: taking the metal roofing away from the camera in the metal dumpster, throwing the fans at the screen in the metal dumpster, moving the empty dumpster with the mini to where you wanted it. Fun is where you find it. Good job!

It's amazing what a lovely place that turned out to be even after nature tried so hard to reclaim it. Why would anyone leave so much literal trash behind...So much of that wouldn't of decayed. I remember the sound of rain falling on a tin roof lulling me to sleep at night...nothing better 😊.

Hey Davin, regarding your I-95 video. SCDOT has been doing the same thing on I-26 between Columbia and Charleston. Scuttlebutt is that they're planning on widening I-26 and I-95 to 3 lanes from end-to-end. That will be most useful if true since they will need to also expand the bridges over the Savannah River for I-95.
After driving I-26 for years from the Midlands to the Lowcountry, I can tell you that the cleanup was LONG overdue and the widening is most welcome. They're also completely redesigning the interchange for I-95 and I-26 near St. George. I'm not sure how long it will take, but it likely won't be as drawn out as the I-20 and I-26 interchange in Columbia (Malfunction Junction), which is forecast to take 10 years to complete!

it never hurts to give what you can to help others, some its money and others its in the skills and time they have to offer. We could all learn a valuable lesson, like this as it has a far greater impact than just helping the charity out. Good on you for showing up and giving what you have to this, yes we would love to dip our hands into our pockets and give but you have demonstrated it does not have to be. I am sure this job would have cost a fair sum, even if you did it at cost it would have taken money away from other areas that could benefit from it. Proper Job!

The property is looking so much better. The way the trash came up was satisfying. I hope the scrap metal guys can salvage some out of the debris. That would be satisfying too. Your kindness is doing the work to clean up is noted and appreciated.
