This is something I experience as a programmer a lot. Had to hear about this phenomenon to realize that I'm not the only one feeling like this. Being in the constant fear of others finally noticing how bad you are at your job 😂

You shouldn't doubt yourself though, as long as you know you're doing your best work. You don't know everything and so does everyone else. Asking naive questions and open questions (question which can't answered with No or Yes), will reveal hidden knowledge (or the lack thereof) in a group of people.
I don't think imposter syndrome is limited to any particular careers. I'm not a dev or an artist, but I feel it all the time. While it's name as a 'syndrome' has a strong negative stigma, I think it shows that a person is pushing themselves in at least some aspect and doesn't have a sense of entitlement.

Awesome piece as always! Art for fun is always just as valid as art that portrays a message or has a deep meaning and the two are never mutually exclusive. It can be fun and have a message or not at all. If it makes you feel anything even just joy then its a good artwork.
