Ethnicity is a determiner of whether someone is of Hispanic or Latino or not. They’re used interchangeably sometimes with race, but that definition is not correct. I understand where you’re coming from but it’s still a required determiner for statistical reasons, or “diversity” reasons. Just depends on who is collecting the data and why.
@@crazycanyon3028 this is an old thread but my two cents are that they're called 'they' essentially so they didn't have to rewrite scripts depending on whatever the player chooses. Idk it kind of all revolves around head canon anyway since Captain 3 is as much our own character in game as the actual player character, which tbh is such a fun idea that should be used more come to think of it, I can think of so many games that have a returning player character in it that was customizable in their own game, but since they're a character in that particular story they HAVE to have some set in stone character details. Why not just let the player choose, since it would apply to them anyway? Rant over lmao
