This song is from Ayreon ninth studio album "The Source", prequel to album "01011001" .
An absolute fire performance by everyone 🤘🔥🤘. And to see Floor with her sister Irene ( one of the backup singers , close to the drums ) on the same stage , is absolutely magical 🥰.

If you want to hear more of Maggy Luyten I suggest Intergalactic Space Crusaders also from the Ayreon Universe show. It's a very catchy duet with Damian Wilson. The song was originally performed by Damian Wilson and Russell Allen for Arjen's first Star One album.
Speaking of Star One, a young Floor Jansen was participating in the first album in 2002 and was joined by her sister Irene on the following tour. Since then both work regularly with Arjen on his various projects.

Hey Viking! My wife, who's very chronical ill, was very dedicated to your channel. She even surprised me with a reaction video on your channel by After Forever for our 25th wedding anniversory. To me the biggest star is Joost van den Broek, I love his keyboard work on this song. Micheal Mills (Toehider) is great in his role as robot TH-1 (with the wires on the head).
There's plenty of stuff from Arjen and dozens of brilliant singers to hear.
Everyone who comes on stage during the Universe live gets introduced so I tend to suggest that people should watch it in order.

Believe it or not, there's a live version of The Day The World Breaks Down recently posted. Several of the singers are not the same as on record, but they are all just as good.
Yay ! Someone else heard the 'heart beat' in the opener.
"Lub-dub, lub-dub lub-dub" , swung wonderfully in kind of a laid-back jazzy way, AND it ENDS on the phrase 'Everybody Dies". - how perfect.
Pitting Michael Mills against Marcela Bovio in a game of 'Who has the Highest Pitch" must be a soundcrew's worst nightmare.
I wonder if they ever blew a horn driver on that song?
The Hammond : Joost has a chopped B3 up there, but the keyboard he was playing at that moment was a Nord synth.

Holy odin your right, Areyon is one of a kind, and the liveshows is, its only done live i think every 2nd year or so, with 5 concerts in Tilburg!! so thats a concert you would like to go to..hell yes..

Arjen only does a handful of special live shows every 2 years or so, he doesn't like touring (and with this project it's impossible of course)
But when he does he goes all out for pure awesomeness
'Valley of the Queens' (live) from Ayreon is another you'll love. It has Floor Jansen and Anneke van Giersbergen!

HOLY SH..! Right back at you. You live in the Netherlands and did not know this project until like 2 months ago? The only place they ever perform is in Tilburg! You just missed out on the concerts in September '23: 01011001 - Live beneath the waves. There's three video's on Arjen's channel for you to check out.
Wrong, the the Theater Equation was performed in the New de la Mar theatre in Rotterdam, 2015...
The other ones were Tilburg 2017 Universe, 2019 Into the Magic Castle and Other Tales. Latest one was this year Beneath the Waves this year.

Im late to the party, but yes, that was Hansi Kursch from Blind Guardian, bouncing off of Tommy Karevic from Kamelot and Seventh Wonder.
I also highly recommend Fate Of Man, with Britney Slayes of Unleash the Archers (and Michael Romeo of Symphony X if you do the studio version)

You should check out the whole album, the Source. Not necessarily as a reaction but it's basically a sci-fi rock opera.
Arjen’s universe is totally worth to explore. The Source album from Ayeron is a masterpiece; personally i super enjoy his Star One project, they released a new album last year or a couple of them, and each song is dedicated to a sci-if movie, and cannot stop myself to recommend you “prescient” (film primer) and Fate of men (that has now a live performance online) film: terminator. Enjoy!

For a song out of this show which is allmost exclusivelly "Floors" try Merlin's will... but in fact, the whole show is excellent, can't go wron with any and all of 'em 😀
