I just started to train in Shorin Ryu and these videos you make are impressive plus they are very helpful so thank you for all your hard work and dedication!
This is a slightly different version of the kata in Isshinryu, but the footwork is still the same and the basic hand movements are still the same. I think the double blocks and reinforced backfist are actually grappling maneuvers in this kata. In Isshinryu, instead of a twist punch to either side we do an inverted spear hand strike under the ribcage of the imaginary opponent, which honestly is probably not as practical as the version in this video. It is claimed that a good enough spear hand gets more penetration than just punching to the kidney or liver, but I doubt that is true for most middle ranked fighters. This kata is taught in Isshinryu at Dark Green belt and is used as part of the Purple Belt test. It comes from China originally and is one of the two oldest known karate katas, the other being Sanchin. The elbow strike is also a combined grappling/striking maneuver which is UFC legal and delivers around twice as much force/PSI as the elbow strike alone would deliver. It probably will knock out anyone in one hit if you do it correctly. Double punches are typically interpreted as grappling maneuvers. You can punch to the throat and solar plexus simultaneously, then grab the person by the Gi Collar and groin and throw them over your shoulder into a body slam, which you can then follow with a kick to the head of your grounded opponent, which is street self defense but not UFC legal.
Naihanchi is a form whose creator and usage are unknown. I don't know if it's the shape of Okinawa or China. This is due to the fact that no records remain. Therefore, the detailed movements differ depending on the school. After Namigaeshi, Soto-uke and Uchi-uke are performed, and it was Itosu who changed the Uchi-uke to a hammer. Also, the second and third steps of Naihanchi are Itosu's creations.

If Taila Oyata were alive, he'd laugh at you
But what about the styles who claim karate begins and ends witn Sanchin? Why can homosapien /human not agree on anything?
Get the spelling right and pronounce it right
