Very good information and thank you for the video. I just ended a friendship with a coworker not out of want but I need someone who cares about what’s going on in my life in my life. I know is she’s not a narcissist even though we both admit to having narcissistic tendencies as everyone does. I believe she is a good person I just had to step aside for my own mental health. I felt used for attention, and validation for her feelings, but when I speak she jumps it back to her and never asked any questions and really is not trying to get to know me. I feel bad about ending it but it had to be done.

My self-centric style of conversation became sort of bad habit by now. I am actively trying to realize I am talking too much, shorten my story as much as possible etc. But my mind is bringing so much associations with almost any topic, that it is super hard to stay silent :).

Sounds a bit like neurodiversity, to me. For adults, it's very common to see way more than one level of things at a time, and see all kinds of connections that all seem equally important to the topic 🙂

Many people have difficulty editing their thoughts when in a conversation. Sometimes, that can be from neurodiversity. Sometimes from anxiety. Sometimes from growing up with a parent who expected perfection and you simply don't want to leave anything out you could be caught out on. Do any of those sound familiar?

Absolutely right the unseen he'll at home. Constant crisis and chaos . The nicest running will be turned upside down because you say " don't put the dirtyndishes in the dishwasher with clean dishes. " That's enough to set them off in a rage. You gave to be very attentive or they are offended. Everything offends them. If your with a narcissist you learn to stay away from them . They are mean for no other reason but to be mean.

I'M PREPARING MYSELF TO CONFRONT THIS SISTER BUT MAYBE NOT THE WAY TO GO, SHE'S USEFUL TO ME, I WANT TO CONFRONT BUT I DID IT ONCE, I DON'T SPEAK UP WHEN ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR IS HAPPENING, ITS LIKE I DON'T CATCH IT UNTIL LATER, OR I THINK I'M AFRAID TO BE DIRECT, I'M A BIT OF A COWARD, I DON'T LIKE CONFRONTATIONS PROBABLY BECAUSE I'M AFRAID OF THE ANGER. IF I SAY ANYTHING IT WILL BE A FIGHT, BUT I HAVE TO START SPEAKING UP BECAUSE I'M OBSESSING AND I'M ANGRY! EVERYONE IN MY LIFE HAS BEEN A NARCISSIST AND NOW I'M TOTALLY ALONE, NO FRIENDS, NADA, MY RAGDOLL CAT, I TALK TO HIM, HE HAS NO QUALMS! THE WAY SHE TREATS ME IS DISGUSTING, AND THERE IS CONTEMPT, I FEEL LIKE A LITTLE PUKY NOBODY WHEN I'M WITH HER, BUT NOT ALL THE TIME!
