It looks like they did some road work on the second “side” of the triangle. I was there 5 years ago and the road was in bad condition. Thanks for the video.
I live near all the great rides in northeastern Tennessee. This is a nice ride. I like your video, but the broke-ass sound track sounded like an old record player stuck in one groove. Ride well!
For any new riders watching this keep your rpms up on these type of rides. A road like this should be second and third gear. These guys are seasoned riders but a new rider getting caught in one of these turns going up hill in 4th or 5th can easily stall and go wide coming g back down. Just a little tip. Great ride.
Rode it and hated it with a passion. Won't ride it again. Better roads to ride north of it. Apparently the triangle it gets name from the wood boogers that were encountered in the area when settlers first arrived.
Whats the deal with his flashing tail light. The only thing I can see to come from that is the reaction time will be slower if somebody has to brake driving (riding) behind him because you have that 1 to 2 seconds to try to figure out what the hell he's doing. Bad idea.
Where is the camera mounted that is showing this ride while you are talking? I see the one mounted on your handlebar but this looks like a camera maybe mounted on the side of your helmet?
Yes, I have a Sena 10C mounted to my helmet filming in 1080p, which is noted at the bottom of my description about this video. It's the first generation Sena 10C, and I believe they are currently into the third generation of these cameras. The Sena 10C is a combination camera/intercom, which is great when you are riding with friends that have intercoms, because it will record all of you (you get to playback the entire conversation). Plus you can answer your phone, listen to the radio or songs on your phone, or whatever you have bluetooth access to (if you have the Sena Freewire bluetooth device, at least on my year Harley - 2015 Ultra Limited). I think the newer Harley's got with the bluetooth program and so the Freewire may not be necessary on newer bikes, but not sure about that. Anyway, very handy product!
We rode it back in 08 and started from the Knoxville side. The roads definitely looks much better on your video
Good ol New River TN lol. My backyard, I grew up in Oliver Springs. Nice ride! Used to be a place most "outsiders" avoided lol
Enjoyed the ride along. Let the good times roll...
Sweet.Smooth looking roads.Gonna get there soon i hope.
We rode from cherokee to robbinsville up 129 to deals gap. Then took 28 back to cherokee through Bryson City. Great day back in October

Pretty cool spot, and cool video
Was just there this Memorial Day weekend, my video will be live this Wednesday 🤘
Cheers
The Devils Triangle part of The Frozen Head State Park, there an old train hidden there as well. Look for the old coal mine. Pretty cool to check out.
Just rode it last week. If you ride it counter clockwise, it is a much harder ride. There are 3 uphill 10 mph curves that are crazy.
My ears kept feeling like they were bout to pop😅. Felt like I was actually on my bike. I gotta go there. I live in middle Alabama so not too far away.

Bucket list
I could smell your brakes smokin!
Make a stop at Brushy Mountain Prison And the Hardware store
Not the Autobahn! Turns out the "Devils" are the dummies who speed on this road on both two and four wheels.
