Anyone else experience heart palpitations, feeling anxious in the morning. digestive issues in the morning, can’t concentrated, feel like you’re going to have a panic attack. Also one minute you are fine and convince yourself it’s the anxiety causing the symptoms but next minute you’re convinced it’s something more serious? Oh and also loss of appetite? I love food and now I have no appetite. It’s almost 5pm the only thing I’ve had in my stomach is water and half a can of soup. I would feel hunger but once I start eating I lose my appetite

I am sorry that you have to go through this. I know it is a difficult and probably a terrifying time but be assured that recovery IS possible. Both my wife (this video) and me suffered from Gad and health anxiety and are now 100% over it. Have a look at this video ua-cam.com/video/TrVp26iG6_M/v-deo.html
I believe its so important to understand the body mind connection for this.
Also try not wishing for your old life and old self back as everything that has passed brought you exactly where you are now. Simply being your old self will bring you nowhere else than to this stage once again. See anxiety as a challenge (a difficult one - i know) from which you will come out better and stronger. Having gone through this has completely changed my life and i can say that it has made me more mature, more responsible and a lot more open minded. I wish you all the best on this journey and if you need advice or tips please get back to me anytime 🙏👊

And everyday is brutal man feels like everyday a new symptom or problem or worry arises and now I’m fixated on it I have anxiety I have stress then I can’t sleep I feel horrible in the morning the next day. It’s just rinse and repeat it’s wearing.. just want to be rid of anxiety and panic and stress and worry and just live life already. I’m so stupid I feel I done this to myself.

The worst thing about anxiety is that once you start getting those feelings, they stay with you for a long time no matter what you do and how unpredictable and powerful it really is. I’m currently on medication for my own anxiety and yet in the instance where anxiety creeps back in,the pill immediately stops working and I’m right back where I’m started as if I never took a pill at all. I get a violently churned stomach that almost makes me feel like throwing up,I get tired very suddenly and have to end up taking a nap,and the worst part is that I just feel like nothing the rest of the day or even worse the week. It sucks.

I’ve been diagnosed with panic disorder for many years I’m currently on three types of medications, yes some of it does really help a lot but I do occasionally get a really bad ones. Racing heart beat, numbness and shaking are my common symptoms but if it gets severe I get cramping of the hands, super bad dizziness, tingling and sometimes I work myself up so bad I end up getting sick. I do find comfort in the research and education of why this happens and knowing I’m not alone. My biggest trigger is the feeling of being nauseous or getting sick. Finding out home remedies to help subside side effects helps me a lot. To all the people out there just remember you are never alone in this and reaching out to people who are in the same boat can help talk you through it even if it’s a complete stranger. We are in this together. Much love

Like almost an “out of my own body” experience its a hard to explain feeling lol. I started getting really dizzy/faint when all of this was happening too. Turns out it was all linked to Anxiety and my doctor thinks the GERD(acid reflux/indigestion issues) was set off by anxiety as well it’s crazy how things you would never think were linked together actually are. I thought I was dying or something turns out I needed a good PPI medication for my reflux and anxiety medication to help.

Does anyone experience anxiety symptoms 24/7? I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and everyday is like a battle for me.. I always feel fatigue, dizzy, but actually never have collapsed even though I feel like I would fall over, nausea feeling, muscle aches or tension, mostly on my arms, brain fog and shortness of breath. It's amazing how much mental health can affect you that you would never imagine. Whenever I feel like my health is in danger, I rush to the ER from fear of dying and they do physical checks on me and tell me nothing is wrong, even at my doctor's appointment, it sucks. It's like a living hell inside my body. If anyone is experiencing something similar or even worst, you're not alone. We can overcome this together one day. ❤

To whoever might have something like this or similar to this:
I've developed health anxiety from my panic attack last year, which I thought was a stroke. I ended up at the er 3 times and even got I ct scan. They found nothing wrong at 2 different hospitals and a clinic. I fear and this is a very big fear, that something tragic will happen this year on the same day and month like 2 years ago when my pet rabbit died, last year on the same day and month I had a panic attack which made me feel like dying and even stopped drinking coffee, and maybe this year something very bad will happen, like maybe I'll have a stroke, autoimmune disease, or accident and end up having locked in syndrome because that's how I feel like it will be. I try to ignore this feeling, and I know I sound crazy but I can't stop thinking about it.
