@@kenperk9854 thank you I knew from the damage the winds had to be extremely high, I know they said the 1999 Moore Oklahoma tornado had 300 + mph winds but the Phil Campbell tornado looked just as devastating to me.
I can't 100% confirm the validity of this story. However, if the story that has circulated around that it sucked a family out of a concrete storm cellar is true, then it must have been historic. I would guess over 300 mph in that location. I hope that isn't true, though, as that is terrifying.

215 MPH. OF COURSE IT WAS HIGHR IN DIFFERENT PLACES.
