Chris isn't really racist though. Just very naive because of their medium-functioning autism. Chris doesn't know what's racially insensitive or stereotypical and doesn't know what's socially unacceptable behavior. That's not to say that Chris couldn't be taught those things, but therein lies the problem; Chris was never taught those things by their parents or anyone else.

This is going to be a bit long, but please bare with me. What a lot of people fail to understand is that due to narcissistic personality disorder, and whatever mental health condition Chris has that has somehow never been diagnosed(possibly schizophrenia, schizotypal personality disorder, or one of the Cluster B personality disorders), Chris understands & perceives things very differently from people who are normal or people who are just autistic and are, unlike Chris, actually on the high-functioning end of the autism spectrum(like me), and is incapable of seeing that they have certain problems and have delusions.
What to someone like me or a non-autistic person would be disgusting, indecent, or inappropriate, is not seen that way by Chris. For example, that drawing Chris made of them fingering their former friend named Megan Schroeder, and uploaded to the internet to prove to trolls that they aren't gay. Chris has a warped sense of right & wrong and is incapable of understanding that certain things are not okay to do. Plus, Chris truly has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old child, combined with the hormones & sexdrive of an adult. So, Chris can't be held to the same standards as a fully functional person.
These issues combined with Chris not getting the special needs education they needed during their formative years, Chris not being taught much of importance by their parents and being sheltered by them during their formative years, and Chris's parents allowing for Chris to be "raised" by the media they consumed during their formative years, all of which having happened because of Chris's parents being idiots, and all of the relentless online trolling towards them have resulted in the person we see today. The only hope for Chris is them having consistent psychiatric treatment forced upon them.
It's also worth noting that Chris has prosopagnosia(AKA face blindness)(which also was somehow never diagnosed), which means that their ability to recognize faces, including their own face, is impaired, and that Chris, at some point, developed Split Personality Disorder(AKA Dissociative Identity Disorder(DID for short)), as made evident by the "near-year-long bodyswap between Chris and Sonichu". Chris may also have phonagnosia, which is the auditory equivalent of prosopagnosia. Another thing that I feel that I should mention is that certain people with autism, including Chris, have a physical condition called hypotonia, which affects muscle tone, muscle strength, motor skills, and stamina. This, rather than Chris being overweight, is the cause of Chris getting quickly tuckered out by physical activity.
It's also worth pointing out that some autists, Chris included, come off as being creeps towards women because they either have weak cognitive empathy(AKA empathic accuracy and theory-of-mind) or completely lack it(in other words, it's hard or impossible for them to metaphorically put themselves in other people's shoes), and they have difficulty with or are incapable of understanding how to get into romantic relationships and how romantic relationships work.
As the UA-cam user Vanreis said, "I think this case should be studied and presented to people who have any deciding power in topics of mental health, and education in general. Autism, horrible upbringing, lonely school life, failure to learn & be taught anything about society, and then, having all that be exacerbated by people on the internet, all of which is insanely well-documented; I don't think there is a better case to show people how fucked up people can become if the entire system fails them.". As the UA-cam user K 767 said, "I think the guy just doesn't have sufficient cognitive resources to deal with his emotions and responsibilities, so, it's unreasonable to judge him as if he was just a normal guy who happened to be lazy and narcissistic. The Asperchu Saga was hilarious, but don't kid yourself. Alec was just a troll pushing the right buttons to confuse a mentally challenged man.".
As the UA-cam user ARC1300 said, "I think it's just too difficult for us to compartmentalize his issues and his shortcomings to "He refused to get help. Boo-hoo! It's his fault.". Mental health is a very complicated issue for us to just simplify it like that. I get it. We're all human and we want an easy answer to everything, but that just isn't the way life works. Don't get me wrong. I'm not advocating any of the shit he has done. I wouldn't even dream of it. But, it just seems lazy, arrogant, and callous to just say something like that and leave it at that.". He can't be a normal person. This isn't a matter of him being childish and not growing up. He has autism; a developmental disorder. It's just unbelievable that adults are mocking a man that is literally mentally disabled, as if he is choosing to behave that way. Yes, with different & better support, he could be more productive and, maybe, make better choices. But, his brain will always work this way. The bullying, tormenting, and harassment have only made him worse.".

Yes, Chris is a bad person, but it's because his brain is literally incapable of carrying out the functions needed for him to be a good person(empathy, self-awareness, critical introspection, and basic critical thought). He just doesn't have the biological brain structure there to see things from other people's perspectives or to understand certain concepts. I see this whole Chris saga as being a bunch of people bullying a mentally disabled person. He needed professional help, not to be tormented for his entire adult life.".

Also, I don't know where the idea that Chris said they are claiming to be transgender in order to get with lesbians came from, but I haven't seen any evidence that it's true. There is potential evidence that Chris is legitimately trans. In an old email thread between Chris and PandaHalo, Chris said that they had always identified more with girls and that they wondered if they should have been born as a girl. You can find this in the CWCki article about Chris's transgenderism. However, I won't say that this is definitive proof that Chris is trans, because the points that the UA-cam user GiBi made in his video 'A Discussion About Chris Chan's Gender' and the points that the UA-cam user TheZiros made in said vid's comment section have a lot of merit. I personally lean towards Chris actually being trans though.
It should also be noted that Barbara "Barb" Chandler doesn't really have dementia. She was faking it in those videos in order to gain sympathy. She is a master manipulator. She emotionally abused her husband, Robert "Bob" Chandler, and Chris(especially Chris) for years. After Bob died, she forced Chris to give her buttocks rubs and spoon with her every night for years. If Barb really had dementia, she wouldn't have been allowed to be living by herself after Chris's arrest and she wouldn't have been allowed to still be a licensed driver. It should also be said that Joshua "Null" Moon's involvement with Chris, including the times that he "helped" Chris, was nothing more than him wanting to be a part of Christory. He is a vile person. He created & runs the website Kiwi Farms, the sole purpose of which is to chronicle the lives of & make fun of people who have been deemed to be "LOLcows". People on that site drove a transgender autist to commit suicide and Null didn't care. Before she killed herself, she begged Null to do something about the bullying and he refused.

I think it's called Hyperphantasia and idk if it's hereditary but my dad also has it and he uses it in construction where as an example he explained to me if a customer wants say a deck built onto their house, he can look at the house and see the completed deck as if it were actually there, then he can tell how many of each material he needs to build the deck.

One thing I notice is how aggressive Chris gets when he was looking for extra controllers as an autistic person myself I definitely think it’s due to this as they tend to get aggressive if they don’t immediately get the things they need

Well, about the last part, unfortunately I think he was pretty serious... this is something that isn't mentioned in a lot of documentaries (at least in the ones I watched), but back in July 2016 when all his sex change thing started and he obsessed over becoming a woman, he started listening to binaural frequencies (or something like that) that he believed would make him grow a vagina, according to him, the videos he was listening to claimed it would've taken a few months of listening to these frequencies for it to fully grow, after some weeks of this though, unsurprisingly, he grew impatient, so what did he do to "speed up the process"?? He grabbed a knife and cut his taint open, and then went on facebook to tell everybody how he freed his clitoris and all he had to do was to cut his taint open with a knife, of course, Chris couldn't do anything better than to share a picture of it with everyone and it didn't take long for people to realize that that wasn't a clitoris at all and was a wound (and the picture is pretty disgusting, as someone who's seen it please don't search for it unless you want to vomit from your eyes), and boy did it take some convincing to make him admit it was a wound and to go to a doctor to get it checked... but anyways, he didn't start taking estrogen until a few months later after that incident. Not saying you should respect his pronouns but... just putting this out there, I think he was pretty serious about it, in fact, too much

The whole bit with him making a racist joke in the indian restaurant i think showcases the end result of how his parents raised him. Or in reality not really raising him at all. He views everything in the lens of television and video games. Any time he goes out into the real world he always has to equate what he's seeing back to Sonic or some other game or show. Tv and games raised him. When you see him go into the real world he doesn't know how to not think in fantasy terms or what he's seen on a screen. His parents didnt know what to do with him, so they just let games and TV do the parenting for them. I played video games too, but my parents would've never let me have a shrine dedicated to Kingdom Hearts which is what I loved as a kid. A few posters and some figures, but not having my room covered from the floor to the ceiling in it.

As someone who's had periods of psychosis, this is generally not the best way to handle it. Granted, Chris' case is more complex (for me, it was mania + traumatic stress = break from reality) but if you're talking to a psychotic person, you should be more delicate than that as saying something like "that's not true" or "let's be adults now" can make someone defensive, aggressive, or even start to involve You as an element of the psychosis as an untrustworthy, scheming operative. Trying to break someone from a delusion suddenly, especially if it's a delusion they're using as a coping mechanism, can drive someone deeper into it bc if your mind isn't working rationally in the first place, rather than processing this as information it's just going to be processed as additional stress.
He'd just immediately stop the interaction. It would take a lot more than "lol no that's not real though" to help him now.
It would take seriously drastic measures from someone who is familiar enough with him to systematically break down all of his delusions. He'd need all internet contact gone at the very least. He'd need to be isolated. He'd need to have every aspect of his life controlled by someone who actually legitimately wanted to help him. Prison would have been the best thing for him unironically, and even that wouldn't have been enough. It is incredibly strange that he wasn't sent to a mental institution because that's actually what he needs.
