    I think I’ve finally heard it all. Cardio that does not “mess up your glutes”. Wow. This fascination with glutes will pass one day.
    You can do both. You can do long cardio and still build your glutes.
    Where does this stuff come from?

      Glutes are the largest muscle group in your body. I will gladly continue my fascination with glutes well into my later years not just for aesthetic purposes, but so I can grow old gracefully. And still ninja kick UA-camrs that wanna leave dumb comments.

    Is 12% considered high incline?

      For most people YES!!! is it challenging?
