All right!!! _Finally_ a short 5th wheel with a decent-sized closet. _Love_ the floorplan. Thank you, Alliance! So glad they stuck with the switches, too. Buttons are just better & safer. A rear dinette/desk office version of this length with an east/west bed (slide or no slide) with full rear closet would be _fantastic!_
Fantastic looking fifth wheel. The size is perfect for the wife and I. The kitchen looks great with the frosted glass. Prepped for the washer/dryer is awesome. Suggestion is to make an option of getting rid of the dinette and extending the countertop the whole way and put in cabinets and bar stools. One thing that needs asked is why is this not the 27RK? It's 27 foot long. Maybe if Alliance starts making the model number match the length, other companies will start doing the same.
Totally agree, why would they make glass doors. Especially when things bounce around and potential breaking the glass. Bad idea, please delete and use real wood
A refrigerator on a slide out is never a good thing ! And that slide out drawer behind the table n booth is way to tight. The corner side of it knicked the vinyl on the back of the booth ! He seen it n pulled it to the right side to shut it ! Sorry guys !
I love the heavy duty ladder BUT as an older RV'er I NEED it to curve onto the roof so I have something to grip onto for safety! Please make this change.
Love this floor plan. With all of the full time RV's out there how about an option of a countertop where the dinette is for a versatile desk/eating area, enough space on the end for that shoe storage and another drawer or two, plus eliminating the dinette will open up the floor space.
Great layout, especially access to everything in road mode. How about making your wonderful floating dinette a option, two chairs, four chairs, configure the table for extra space or bring it out for four people. Well done Alliance.
Love the floor plan. A few things I would change - see through cabinets - put a drop down swing arm on the tv like the cougar 260ml -dining desk facing the window - seat in the shower like the cougars, rockwoods The space beside the fridge you could put cubbies like you did for the 294rk delta TT
Please get rid of the dinette and put a fireplace with a Telelevator , which would make it the perfect couples rig. At least make it an option. I mean so many people don't like dinettes, don't know why manufacturers are still putting them in RVs . Hope Alliance is listening 🙂
This is an awesome little rig. My only thought is I always want a couch to crash on without having to go into the bedroom. I think it would be great if they had a little longer recliner/theater seat combo. Maybe a 3 cushion with the two ends being recliners. Just my thought and one of the main reasons I bought mine with a couch and recliners.
I would like to see an option for a couch that folds out for a bed and a king size bed option. I'm fine with a little 19" and 14" space on the sides. I'd also like to see Maxx Air fans standard. Like the water shut off valves. I agree, no see through cabinet doors.
As a member of your alliance Facebook group I know you like to hear feedback so here goes, Pros: LOVE the length, love the outdoor kitchen, that’s perfect. Love the on demand water heater! Can never say enough about outside access to slides and awnings…FINALLY!!! Great layout. Love the control center 100%! Love the drawers in bedroom, much better design. Cons: no cover over the outdoor kitchen, toilet needs to be angled a tad towards the shower. No place for spices in the kitchen. Not many cons, I’m in love! ❤
Likes: 1) Love the length 2) appreciate the ladder 3) great kitchen counter space! 4) We prefer buttons…hate having to page thru menus just to turn on a light. 5) love the single large sink and pantry. 6) like the individual water shutoffs 7) love the nightables. Dislikes: 1) would bring my own grill setup so I would prefer the storage vs outdoor kitchen 2) hate the booth, so table & chairs would be so much cleaner looking. 3) don’t care about indoor speakers…we would bring our own. 4) clear cabinets…agree with another poster that they will look messy, but I would just cover the glass so no big deal. 5) wish the white cabinetry of the bathroom carried thru the rest of the unit. Questions: dual pane windows? Is that fridge 12v, I think it is, I saw Furrion in the video. Tank sizes?
I would love to have the option for no dinette space just put holders for trays on the theater seats. For that small of a 5th wheel I would prefer to have a fireplace and maybe some storage in that space. My husband and I rarely eat at the table anyhow now that our children are gone.
I love it. Alliance knocked it out of the park. The only thing I'd change is making the kitchen counter top all one level. It's probably more expensive to do so, but to me, it's worth it.
Ok, this one has almost convinced me to go back to a fifth wheel, it is perfect for me as a solo traveler. Here are the few things I would suggest that would make it perfect for me: 1) It wasn't shown in the video but I hope it has full storage under the dinette seats. 2) I do not like the see through cabinet doors, I know it looks nice and all but not my preference. If there isn't another option I would probably have to cover them all which it would be a pain. 3) The option to delete the outside fridge/grill and use it for storage. 4) I would love to see it with automatic leveling jacks. 5) I Would love to see a slide-out topper. I love the idea of the shoe rack and the panoramic windows and like Matt said, perhaps placing the toilet on a little bit of an angle although, I do fit there just fine.
Love it. Just a couple of suggestions to make it perfect for us. #1 Slide the stove further down the counter so you’re not hugging the slide while cooking #2 Get rid of the knee knockers for the dining table.
I know most RV's have the microwave above the range with the fan included, not outside vented which suck by the way. . But as the cook of the group, and especially since this rig is roadside accessible, may I suggest you put a microwave/convection on the passenger side above the kitchen counter, then a bigger cabinet above the stove with a true outside vented hood. And not just in this RV but others too.
If you watch the outside walk around, when Ab gets to the back you can see a vent to the left/drivers side of the rear window, which is right where the microwave hangs in the kitchen. So the microwave does vent to the outside.
Very nice. I would recommend two changes. Pantry door needs to hinge otherwise. way. If the slide is closed, the door could be partially opened to load or grab something, at a grocery store or at a lunch break. I like booth dinning, but set the table top be able to slide from side to side a few inches to make it get in and out. Absolutely love the hidden side table cubby. This 5ver made it to the #1 spot for us. Can't wait to see it in person.
Matt can you please tell Alliance to put vertical lights on the back of there trailers. If you put a bike rack on the back of this trailer people can’t see the lights when you brake or put turn signals on. Thanka
This is a great camper. There is one item that would make it better. And I'm not sure why more manufacturers aren't utilizing it. The SeeLevel RV Tank Monitor. They always work and give a very accurate readout. They are on the outside of the holding tanks so they never get covered in gunk. They just work better.
Love it, love it, love it. The frosted glass is waaaayyyyy to light. Go smoke or solid. We’re dying to know, what is that stainless drawer under the oven? Just a drawer? Everything else, a home run.
I love; the way the bedroom looks with its cabinets. The kitchen has that same vibe! And the storage with an outdoor kitchen? There's nothing I don't like! And half-ton towable? Heck yeah!!!❤❤❤
Any way to take the sharp corners off the cabinets above the side tables by the bed? I’ve seen some manufacturers do that, but not many. Love this rig!
It would be awesome if the air conditioners were 12 volt and the fridge 12 volt because if you can boon-dock with out shore power would be amazing. Also a solar package with high rated battery banks. Being independent is the way to go.
My pet peeves 1. cable pulls below water supply 2. Varmit openings under trailer. 3. Small toilets 4. Fake leather furniture. Does this trailer have hyd. slides and levelers? Big Plus!
Please give an option for a King bed. Yes, it would go from wall to wall but for many of us a good night's sleep is more important than a walk around bed and a King is crucial for a good night's sleep. I would buy this unit the day it came out if I could have a larger bed.
Love this floorplan. The only change I would make is the shower stall door needs to go higher to the ceiling so you don’t have to bend your neck to get in and out. A great solar package would be fantastic. What are the tank sizes?
I'm happy to see the 5th wheels build small...again. When I was a kid, our neighbor bought a small 5th wheel that he was able to pull with his half ton. That was around 1966. We moved from that neighborhood in 1967.
Love this one. Much improved over the 22 ML. For my situation (couple's camper), I would lose the dinette, extend the countertop, put in a fireplace, and a televator TV. If possible, maybe a slide out desk drawer between TV and fireplace with two folding chairs. Love the idea of extending the kitchen window too. This one may move to the top of my list.
The kitchen countertops should all be the same height. Get rid of the stepped counter. This allows to use both counter top spaces for work/prep area and appliances.
This is an awesome floor plan! Absolutely love it! I do have two suggestions though. One if you could put a pull out counter top extension on the hutch so it could hold a keyboard then that area could be used for a small desk and that would be fabulous! Two, I love the built in grill griddle and if you make the slam latch door open sideways (from left to right) then, when open, it wouldn't cover the window. You mentioned you would be extending the window in the kitchen, yeah! I am all for that. Again this is a great floor plan! Stairs are on passenger side so full road access.
That is a great 5th wheel! My only nit pick is why can’t you use slam latches on all the doors? They can’t add much to the cost and they are so much more robust than the twisty latches.
Definitely free standing table so I can completely remove it to have a dedicated place for dog crates etc without being in my walking path. Love this layout and size and access to everything in road/tow mode. Excellent job Alliance. I may finally consider trading you to a 5th wheel over my travel trailer. When will they be available?
Great 5th wheel floor plan with a lot of good features and functions. Possible changes, extend the counter so to have bar stools with a fireplace underneath. Don’t like the see through glass cabinets and option for sofa/sleeper.
Would like to gain access to the refrigerator when the slide is closed. This helps when packing for a trip or stopping for lunch while on a trip, you don't have to open the slide.
I like the dining on the camp side. What if you turn it 90 degrees with a freestanding table over a bench/storage bench and 2 chairs. You lose the extra sleeping area but gain countertop / desk space
Kitchen is great. Needs a counter and chairs or stools instead of dinette, not table and chairs. The dinette is nice considering. The water shut off valves are so smart!. Needs some color on the bottom cabinets--blue. Overall a great fifth wheel for the size.
We purchased the ArticWolf 23mle last year. Similar features as this one. We really enjoy that plan. We were previous Alliance toy hauler owners and were very happy with the product. We simply needed something smaller. The running gear is important. I actually upgraded the 23mle to incorporate many of the features that were spoken in the video.
Great look and layout! With the large indoor frig, you could lose the outdoor one and an outdoor plumbed sink with hot and cold water would be great. Love the added window views on the camp side, washer/dryer prep, extra water shutoffs, and solid surface counters in kitchen AND bathroom! Will a sleeper sofa option be available? It would help since the dinette is so small. Is there auto-leveling? An option for hanging space in the pantry would be nice for coats and such since there is so much storage elsewhere.
Great rig! Nice job Ab! 1 thought /suggestion... if you want to offer a 1st in class option for this smaller line, offer full body paint. To my knowledge, nobody is offering full body paint on these smaller 5er's ! Some might argue this would push the price point beyond this class. I would argue why not be the first to do it? Continue to be the trend setter that Alliance has become! Paint one and take it to Hershey... see what feedback you get! ...just sayin' ! 😁
I Love the table being on the camp side and not in a slide! Amazing job on alliance to stick washer dryer prep or drawers in the owner's closet! Don't worry not going to quote the msrp from this!
Outdoor kitchen should be an option. I would prefer to have the extra storage outside rather than a kitchen. The drawer next to the dinette is very close and I imagine it will be hitting. I think I would fix that. The sink is not centered over the cabinet doors, that would bother my OCD. There should be s small cabinet next to the stove so it is not right up against the wall. Other than that, I loved the floor plan.
I love the Outdoor Mini Refrigerator and Grill. I would prefer less of the Glass Cabinetry in the Kitchen. Would like to know if the Slide is “Cable” driven? Like the layout of the Fifth Wheel overall.😊
As a half ton owner I think I'm in love! The literal only thing I didn't care for was that shallow storage on the side of the fridge. If it could be slightly deeper with maybe netting?
Prepped for a w/d? YAAAAAS! Nice sized range, check! No touch pad screens, check! Full love seat and a free standing dinette, please! Fireplace option in the hutch area? Awesome rig!
After reading all the comments it seems like there is a lot of controversy over the dinette area. One option would be to borrow a design form one of your competitors that has the versatile T-shaped dinette/desk that slides for different options.;). Also a lot of people seem to want a fireplace. An option might be to put one in the lower hutch area and leave the dinette area open to be configured different ways, 1) counter top with stools 2) booth style 3) sliding T-style table and desk option. Love this floor plan and size! Can't say enough about that. We have been looking for one this size with great road access and large holding tanks and cargo capacity as we would max it out with solar!
Love the looks of the unit, Suggestions, Prefer table and chairs, like the idea of longer kitchen window, Yes turn the toilet a bit for better "prime poopin position, Add reading lights tot he over head above the bed on each side, make the other lights over the bed dimmable. this is high on our need to see list and can't wait for it to see the final item
Great size 5th wheel. Changes: Change dinette to bar style countertop which will give more space. Then install longer window to align with the other countertop window. Like the frosted kitchen cabinets…makes it look more open The bar countertop and other countertops should be at the same height. Not sure why the sink countertop is lower. Would rather have narrower side cabinetry in the bedroom in exchange for a king size bed.
Switch the pantry door so it opens towards the coffee bar. This way, you're not having to squeeze between the open door and the sofa to get items in and out.
Love the big kitchen area, bathroom is spacious, old style buttons instead of touch screen is awesome and the open sides at the top of the bed. Don.t like the dinette would prefer it be where the kitchen is, small fridge, would prefer double door something larger. Can you add a pull out drawer in the pass through storage? What was carrying capacity and how can you add to rear receiver, weight?
This is a great floor plan. I agree with angling the toilet. I would like to know if there will be kitchen cabinet doors that will have no peek glass, as well as the see through?
The kitchen drawer seems odd. It is shaped strangely, as though it is not utilizing all the space of the drawer. Also, it looks like the drawer is hitting the back of the dinette. I do love that the TV is right in front of the chairs. That is a huge plus.
Thank you for offering a table and chairs “option” for the long in the tooth diner booth dinette💥If the bed is a “true queen” then this is a perfect couple’s floorplan👍👍👍
Love this rv, hopefully the recliners will be an option so there can be a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. We love the counter space and the table and chairs. Hopefully they have will have options for this rv to meet more people. The length, counter space and and outdoor mini kitchen is awesome.
Most "couple" rvs forget to consider comfortable sleeping for at least 2 more people. With no dinette and theater seats as the primary options on most, I think the target customer base shrinks. At least keep the dinette and jackknife sofa a paired option. Although other manufactures have options for these as well, I have noticed they are currently hard to find on actual dealer lots. Please build a number of these with both dinette AND sofa so we can actually buy them . Don't get me wrong...I like a nice recliner but an Rv this big needs to sleep more than 2 people. Awesome design and service by Alliance will make this one a winner!!
Regarding the dinnette vs table, we'd go with the table for one of the great things about camping u mentioned, big dog! Only need 2 chairs and a folding table so the dog bed would fit there.
You guys nailed it!!! We absolutely LOVE this 5th wheel! We love the dinette and prefer lift up access as opposed to drawers... every inch of storage is usable. Yes, to the shoe storage under it. Heavier frost needed on the cabinets but prefer these over the dark shiny ones. DO NOT like the stationary middle console theater seats at all!!! Every time Matt & Will mention this change I yell "Yes, make that change!!!" or at least make it an option? Still not too crazy about the brown marbled backsplash. The bathroom is great! Love the solid surface counter top as opposed to the epoxy ones. I saw the awesome linen storage and thought "Well there goes the bedroom closet storage" but no, it's got a closet too!!!🙌🏻 Bedroom is great as long as it's a true queen? If not I'd say do what you gotta do to make that happen. Night stand and spacing is great. Upper side storage would be nice to have option to hang or have shelves. Hoping this has large tanks for boon docking!!! Great job!!!👍🏻
I do not know if the Alliance brand RV has this because the videos never film around the interior stair area. Does the 2025 23ML have a motion light at the interior stairs for night time illumination. If not you all should add one. Not only in this unit but all the units you produce. The 2025 23ML looks like a nice unit.
This is the rig for us! Great floorplan. We like the dinette (for the grandkids), especially once you put in the shoe cubby. But please consider a different table mechanism, not the knee-knocker that is in the prototype. So many things to love: the simple control panel, the propane oven (rare these days), those awesome drawers in the wardrobe! Hope you’ll be at Hershey with this.
I like it a lot! I wonder if it could be possible to replace the dinette with a tri-fold sofa? Also, I do agree with others that the semi clear glass in the cabinets must go. There’s no way to keep that from appearing cluttered if not junky. No, no, no. I’ve seen videos where folks were trying to sell a used 1 year old Alliance and in the video we were looking at someone’s cluttered contents. Extra paper towel rolls were crammed helter skelter into several of the higher cabinets, etc. It was a total turn off. I’ve also read of other Alliance owners (and owners of a few other brands) who’ve solved this problem by cutting poster board and adhering it to the back of the glass panels. It is an improvement but that’s just not right coming from an upper tier manufacturer like Alliance. All in all you have a stellar product. I like the lighter wood and upholstery a lot and I love the fact that you listened and developed a fabulous unit for those of us wanting to stay under 30’.
Yes wrap the window around. Shoe storage, and love tge table option. A table that can be removed would be great. We have a blow up mattress we bring for the grandkids. Love this floor plan. The flip up recliner would be nice. This is a perfect unit for us. When is this unit coming to a dealer?
I will seriously consider this model once it's out. 1 possible suggestions...any chance to option a fireplace (heater) in the cabinet space under the hutch in the rear living area and plz radias the lower corners of the bedroom side closets.
That wall space you're looking to change next to the fridge could really use a rail system similar to what Ikea used to offer. A rail system that you can customize with hanging flower pots, or a bin for books or crosswords, a cup for pens and markers, clips to hang anything you want... from fabric artwork or just fabric napkins/ kitchen towel. Looking next to my chair at home, I have salt and pepper, pens, mail, my tablet, a couple of plants, a notebook, a coloring book, and markers. It would be nice if the rail system was flexible enough for everyone to have access to what they do in the chairs... not just cupholders and remote cubby. And if for no other reason, plants are a very popular hobby right now and a rail system with planters that you can move around would be perfect right there in the slide out near the window light. Also, rail systems clip the accessories onto the rail, so they will be able to sway, but still stay attached as the fifth wheel moves down the road. Just my two cents.
I think a dry camping package with a 12 volt/propane fridge along with a slightly larger fresh water tank and smaller gray tank would knock this out of the park...and it would be nice if the outdoor kitchen was shaded by the awning
Before we bought our Paradigm, we had a 22rb Cougar that looked a lot like this, BUT they did fit a king-size bed in it. Liked everything else but I would order with table and chairs, not the booth.
You didn't touch on the jacks, I am assuming or at least hoping they are a 4-point electric auto leveling! I love the fact that you get a prep for combo w/d. Well done Alliance!
Shower is to small . Kitchen cabinets are to dark . I would love to see fireplace plus W/D hook up . Cougar MLE 260 . You guys need to make a model similar.
Love it. I would make the shoe cabinet under the dinette. Also with the kitchen in the rear it will be bouncier (first hand knowledge) therefore most of the cabinets should be wood.
Opinion: The water shutoff valves should be anchored. With them free floating like they are under the bathroom sink you will need to hold the pipe to shut it off. Simple mount to the wall and you can close / open it with 1 hand. I also didnt see what the bed size was but it looks like a queen. I would love to have a king. Overall its a great trailer.
I don't like the controls on the wall of the passenger side access to the storage bay. What if chairs or other items are resting against this wall or bump the switches in travel, won't there be a HUGE problem of an awning deployment or slide movement? EXCELLENT FLOOR PLAN!
Love the frig is not covered when slide closed, love option of w/d. Would like micro/convection/airfry option on camp wall so accessible when slide closed. Add vent above stove to outside. Do not like 2 level counter and see thru doors. Would prefer no booth but counter extended, use bar stools, have tv on televator and small cabinet above to allow for big window on camping side, put fireplace in hutch, 2 1/2 couch not 2, slant toilet, would love xl twin bed option w drawers underneath, night stand between and short cabinets above. Then would be perfect 2 person full time rv. (Along w/full body paint, auto levelers, solar, 3000 inverter, at least 50gal h20, minimum 1500 cc after solar, w/d, etc installed)
1. No see thru cabinet doors in the kitchen or bedroom. 2. Drawers in the kitchen are too close to the dinette bench. Must be moved over or drawer width reduced. 3. Agree that camp side kitchen window be extended. 4. Booth dinette should absolutely remain in this floor plan, but the dual table supports need to go. I understand the free floater table would be the best if the support system can be improved to a heavier attachment to the wall. 5. Can the countertop be made all one level? Usable space is lost using two levels. 6. The wood color throughout the coach would look higher quality if it were a dark walnut or even cream color. 7. On the back of the bedroom door, a couple of hooks would be nice for hanging a long dress of items since there is no big closet. Overall, the length, weight, and size is a perfect couple coach. We viewed several models today at a facility in Central Virginia. We want this to be our next 5th wheel unit.
Would one be able to get the recliners with cloth rather than vinyl? So many pieces of furniture these days start shedding the vinyl in a very short time. We will never buy another vinyl covered anything if we can help it. We would pitch the dinette in lieu of either TV tables at the recliners or Lagun table base and we would like twin beds. We would also pitch the stove/oven and put in what we have now which is a combination convection/microwave/air fryer where the microwave is now. Put a dishwasher in where the oven is. I'd have to cover the kitchen cabinet doors with something. I have a thing about visual clutter and I'd be able to see the clutter behind that frosted glass.
Nice unit as the length is, do not like the see through cabinet doors or the fridge in the slide out. Do like all the water shit off valves. Gonna be a popular unit.
The outside light graphics are beautiful, so the interior colors need to match. We do not like the browns, make the interior color option of white, silver and grays. Darkened the cabinet glass or make them solid. Awesome unit, we are looking at this one, so we hope it goes to production. We love the Dutchman Astoria 230ML light colored interior for reference. Thank you staying away from the cable driven slide. Great Job AB 👏
Agree about the numbers, don’t know why they don’t do that. I however prefer the dinette, need the sleeping space for the grands
The eating bar / more counter space was a suggestion I was making as well!! As an option!
Make theater seats an option. Real campers want to see & enjoy the nature they're camping in, not watch TV all day.
I can’t stand the see through cabinets it just looks messy.
Totally agree, why would they make glass doors. Especially when things bounce around and potential breaking the glass. Bad idea, please delete and use real wood
Agree, but they could use colored rain or wiggle glass
I agree why do I want everyone to see my mess. I’d put frosted or decorative window film.
A refrigerator on a slide out is never a good thing ! And that slide out drawer behind the table n booth is way to tight. The corner side of it knicked the vinyl on the back of the booth ! He seen it n pulled it to the right side to shut it ! Sorry guys !
#teamfrosted
Love it! The only thing I would add is drawers under the dinette seats. You can never have too much storage.
Definitely!
I love the heavy duty ladder BUT as an older RV'er I NEED it to curve onto the roof so I have something to grip onto for safety! Please make this change.
Yes definitely!!
LoL you would have to be completely nuts to pull that monster with a 1/2 ton regardless of the truck you own. Good job Alliance on being honest
100%. They always mention the trailer weight, but that's only half the equation. How much weight does the hitch add to the load on the truck?
Also love Ab’s idea of more wrap around windows in kitchen
Love this floor plan. With all of the full time RV's out there how about an option of a countertop where the dinette is for a versatile desk/eating area, enough space on the end for that shoe storage and another drawer or two, plus eliminating the dinette will open up the floor space.
Outside kitchen is not under the awning. Stove top is too close to wall on right side, move it to where sink is and put sink on Camo side of unit
Yes & yes!!
Great layout, especially access to everything in road mode. How about making your wonderful floating dinette a option, two chairs, four chairs, configure the table for extra space or bring it out for four people. Well done Alliance.
Love the floor plan. A few things I would change
- see through cabinets
- put a drop down swing arm on the tv like the cougar 260ml
-dining desk facing the window
- seat in the shower like the cougars, rockwoods
The space beside the fridge you could put cubbies like you did for the 294rk delta TT
Love the idea of a drop down seat for the shower
Stop mounting TV's 6' off the floor
Wow!!! under 30 feet and around 7000 pounds with washer/dryer prep, and 2 AC's. Where do I sign.
Please get rid of the dinette and put a fireplace with a Telelevator , which would make it the perfect couples rig. At least make it an option. I mean so many people don't like dinettes, don't know why manufacturers are still putting them in RVs .
Hope Alliance is listening 🙂
I _love_ dinettes for their extra storage and work deskspace as many folks do.
Hopefully Alliance will offer what you want as options.
I prefer a freestanding table and chairs myself.
Totally agree, they are uncomfortable and take up too much real estate.
I prefer the dinette, it’s a place for my grands to sleep
No dinette. Want room for a desk/workstation.
We will keep an eye on this one.
Suggestions: stove is too close to the wall, TV needs a drop down rack, hate blonded wood (looks cheap)
As a member of your alliance Facebook group I know you like to hear feedback so here goes,
Pros: LOVE the length, love the outdoor kitchen, that’s perfect.
Thanks for mentioning the FB Group, about to head over there
Likes: 1) Love the length 2) appreciate the ladder 3) great kitchen counter space!
Here are the few things I would suggest that would make it perfect for me:
1) It wasn't shown in the video but I hope it has full storage under the dinette seats.
I would wrap a counter around to the door, add storage under 75% and leave room for a desk space.
I love the switches.
I dont need any more windows.
How about the Furrion cube 18amp start up and 6 to 8amp running. Great for a rig this size
The dinette is a MUST for us!! Thanks for including it.
Beautiful unit. To get all those features in a fifth wheel that size too. When I retire Avenue is the one for me
This is an awesome floor plan!
Big no regarding the see through cabinets. Please change. Wish there was room for a fireplace. Finally option for a couch.
Great 5th wheel floor plan with a lot of good features and functions. Possible changes, extend the counter so to have bar stools with a fireplace underneath. Don’t like the see through glass cabinets and option for sofa/sleeper.
Full timing we swapped the theater seating for two small recliners. Made a world of difference. Consider this as an option.
Move the stove and microwave so the stove can be accessed when the slides are in. Also would prefer solid cabinet doors for a cleaner look.
Definitely Full Body paint, I'll buy one for sure
Winner! Well done Alliance! Game Changer.
I love the Outdoor Mini Refrigerator and Grill. I would prefer less of the Glass Cabinetry in the Kitchen. Would like to know if the Slide is “Cable” driven? Like the layout of the Fifth Wheel overall.😊
The cabinets make it look so cheap, but the layout is a great use of space for that size RV.
As a half ton owner I think I'm in love! The literal only thing I didn't care for was that shallow storage on the side of the fridge. If it could be slightly deeper with maybe netting?
Thanks for touring this ALL-NEW Avenue floorplan! You did a great job, but if anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
when will it become available?
That extra extension of the grill is great for access to the camp fridge while grilling. That is good thinking.
Agree. The see through cabinets are a no buy deal breaker. No one wants to see the mess in your cabinets. They need to change the doors to solid.
Great size 5th wheel. Changes:
Change dinette to bar style countertop which will give more space. Then install longer window to align with the other countertop window.
Like the frosted kitchen cabinets…makes it look more open
The bar countertop and other countertops should be at the same height.
This is the perfect 5th wheel if you're a couple with pets
Love this! Prefer smoked glass on cabinets but very nice.
Excellent!
Similar to the Cougar. Don’t like the frosted kitchen doors, convection/microwave is needed. Lose the horrible stove. W/D prep. No more fake leather
Great RV, I loved it. Love the idea of deleting dinette bringing the kitchen bar around like the 294 RK towable.
Completely agree with this comment. My exact words. I love the cougar MLE 260 . I will by that over this
Is the stove blocked by the slide-out? Maybe move it to the open counterspace on the other side of the counter?
Isn't all access when the slide is in and you don't have access to the stove or the pantry.
all access means locations like state parks
That is really nice!! And at 7,000 lbs. I like the bedroom, TV size and placement. I think a 2 1/2 seater should be an open.
As suggested by Will, change the 2 seat sofa to a 2 1/2 sofa. This allows to have a child or pet sit with you.
