I have the version with Wayne Dyer’s introduction, but I would love to have this longer version too. It’s my absolute favorite meditation soundtrack, it pulled me out of depression . It is miraculous.

I’m not sure what’s right here……he says not to ask for anything physical….so can you only ask for emotions (love, peace, joy etc)….I can’t ask to manifest abundance, to own my own home etc? I’d just like to know I’m doing the right thing.
I understand it that it’s never really a thing you want, it’s the feeling that thing will bring. So feeling that feeling is what you’re really asking for and it could manifest in numerous and I imagined ways. If we get stuck on the outcome we limit receiving what is trying to come to us. So it’s ok to want money to own your home but is it for the feeling of security or freedom or something else. Find the feeling you’re seeking and be completely filled with that feeling as if it was already here. Hope that helps. 🙏🏽
