In this video, Tim demonstrates ways to improve your lifespan and the quality of your life. This is both a fun and valuable way to practice movement. Give this a shot for 30 days, 5 minutes a day, and see if you don't feel and move better!
When doing a session that includes pushups, sit ups, leg raises, I get up after every set, so, with mobility training, rocking, rolling, movements like bird dogs and dead bugs, I might get down and up 30 or 35 times. I've been actually thinking about adding Dan John's "Get Down Get Ups" into my regular movement mix. He recommends you practice getting up from front, left, right, back, then hold one of your hands against the opposite shoulder during it so you only have one hand available, etc.
