I actually don't use anything; I might start using something eventually though. My routine is to wash 2 times, finger detangle with conditioner, rise with cool water, apply a moderately rich cream leave-in, & put a decent amount of a thick oil on top. Thats it! Doing this consistently keeps my hair super soft, shiny and I only experience just a tiny bit of breakage (I'm talking maybe 6 strands in a week and a half). This combs from my hair being double processed though--i have Thermal Reconditioned hair.
This video has reminded me of my long lost loves, steamer and deep conditioning. That duo helped me so much in the past. I’m going to do them weekly as I did before to help me retain length. Thanks for posting.
I watched the whole video but I didn't catch you mentioning why you choose to do olaplex first and hot oil second? have you tried the other way around? thanks xx
I really like the olaplex, I'm out at the moment but I'm definitely getting another bottle. Most of the time I'll do a prepoo and oil treatment together or separately. I really like the prepoo by African Pride but I haven't picked it up in a while. At the moment I'm just trying to stay consistent cause I did fall off, lol.
Good question! I don't always, but I hate the oil dripping down my neck lol. The instructions on my steamer say don't use a plastic cap, so make sure to follow the instructions on your unit and not me lol.
So do you apply oloplex on dirty hair? I am always confused coz on wash day my hair already has a build up of products from loc during the week. I feel olaplex will not penetrate that!! Any advise?

What kinds of treatments do you guys do on your hair? Xoxo
I do olaplex number 0&3 then I use the Nioxin number 5 line and finish up with olaplex n 8 for moisture .

Great routine sweetheart and your hair looks healthy and good looking
Great video! I love that tangle teezer brush on my hair. Do you always steam with the cap on? I thought steaming was done without a plastic cap,
