Very nice build. I love how real the build is. It's not all that ghetto lol. Also if you want to ensure you won't get metal shaving floating around in it flush the engine through the oil cap on the head with acetone or gas and just let it air dry for a while.

hey if that motor has a pcv valve your going to have to bypass it it goes to a valve cover from the intake manifold if it does and you don't do away with it you will blow out your intake manifold gaskets and oil pan gasket it would be a p.i.t.a to fix them compared to just deleting the pcv valve I know because when I turbocharged my s10 no body told me about it and I had to replace my intake manifold gaskets not saying that it does but just a heads up for you if it does have a pcv valve.

Timothy Mosley I thought I had to do something with the pcv like get a breather and just let it vent or something so it dosent see boost

Boosted Buckets yeah that's what I did I got one of those little filters from the autoparts store like 8 bucks then put it on the valve cover then block off the hole on the intake manifold do it on the next video.

One thing you can do to keep the bit from going in too far and damaging components is to use a drill stop collar or a hose clamp locked down about 1/2" behind the full cutting diameter of the bit, back by where the angled tip stops. Also, I believe that centerpunch is dead. They are really hard to compress and make a very loud noise when working correctly. I have to do mine soon and it's a scary thought.

how did this Teflon take hold up? I am about to do the same but I was thinking I would put gasket paste instead like Ultra grey.
