    In 2022 now the base model comes with leather steering wheel and shifter like the Evolve. I think the G20 Pure is a great buy now, it comes with the 16" wheels which provide a much nicer ride to the car.

      In fairness some of these "SUVs" are just lifted sedans. All you really get is more ride height but not additional space.

    When our grandson arrived , we found that with a rear facing baby seat behind the front passenger, I could not physically fit in the front seat of my wife’s mazda 3. (I am 176cm) She now has a Honda HRV and loves the car, it takes up no more room than the Mazda in the garage but has a lot more space inside, also has more comfortable seats, a much quieter ride and bigger boot.

    It looks cool. But the sedan looks even better!
    The black piano ornaments are a debatable choice for the center console, though.

    Does any Audi interior make anyone go "wow"? I still prefer the ultra clean lines of the new 6, but even this 3 is much more elegant than everything that Audi provides. Big screens, led lighting all around the cabin and 5 different types of materials don't impress me anymore.

    I bet she didn't get 6.2 litres average out of a 2.0 litre engine, few reviewers never give actual real world fuel consumption, always use manufacturer specs, so the Mazda 3 is probably closer to 7.5 litres per 100 km

    • @Vaari90
      @Vaari90 5 років тому +3

      If the engine is anything like that on my 2016 Mazda 3 (it is), then it should get around 7-8 L/100km realistically. My trip computer has the all-time average consumption at 7.3L for Sydney driving conditions.

    Mitsubishi used to give us the Evolution. That had all manner of wings and vents and lumps and such, and a dirty big turbo engine with 4x4. Now we have an ‘Evolve’ from Mazda, which is the cheapskate version. Perhaps natural selection is making us a bit less adventurous.

    • @Mrlolibre
      @Mrlolibre 4 роки тому +1

      Doesn't matter the car still feels nice to drive with a torsion rear suspension and is more than "sporty" enough for even spirited driving. Let's get real no one is going to take a mazda 3 on a track and romp on it.
      From an actual owners perspective the rear suspension is fine if you use it as intended. I'm also a suspension snob in that my 2nd fun car is a Subaru STI with coilovers, front/rear LCAs, extended ball joints, adjustable toe/camber arms, rear 25mm sway bar, beefy endlinks, and polyurethane bushings on mostly all connecting suspension components.
