Blessings to father and son, congratulations to both for their participation and legacy in the history of the physical sport of bodybuilding, Hunter, you should be very careful, do not pose next to your father Lee Labrada 😉, it is a danger for you, Lee Labrada posed next to many Giants and the made them look small, that's right, that was real because Lee Labrada from afar created a visual perception of enormous size and not many in the life of this sport had that in his time, I call it innate genetic symmetry on a smaller scale in size but with Huge three-dimensional visual perception from afar, ask Lee Haney 🤷‍,,,,,,👊💪🙏

You guys need to do more videos! Haven't seen you guys post in a long time!
Was a huge fan of Lee growing up! He still got it! And of course Hunter is like Lee 2.0!!
I adopted his philosophy of after warming up going directly to the heaviest set - works awesome!
Btw, these days it seems all the pros tend to favor machines a bit more over free weights? Seems like the technology of machines has advanced so much over the years that they are more ergonomical and probably safer?

Great father son workout. Lee is in amazing shape, especially for his age. Hunter is on another level, which I think is a concern. IMO, today's bodybuilders are just way to big and we all know how they achieve this. I'm worried about their long term health. Hunter seems like a chill dude and a good son. Good luck to both.

Lee, I've just the last 2 weeks apply your set / rep approach. I start with a warm-up set, then I jump to the "max" set...I get more reps...then I drop the weight for the next 2 sets. I'm noticing more reps at the heavy set, and a more consistent rep count on the next two sets...I love it!

Dude usualy your videos are amazing but I couldn't watch cuz of the sound. Perhapse when recording lower the volume of the back ground music and or use a Roadie mic which decreases background sound. Also I find the mic scrapes the shirt so I clip mine to my hat.
Huge fan, just trying tk help.

so many families have severed ties with one another due to disagreements, in-fighting...or I should say satan's whispering between their ears, so it's beautiful and refreshing to see that you both, father and son, still love and respect one another. I hope it always stays this way, and if something does go wrong, please remind yourselves that satan is enjoying the moment and that you need to quickly identify his tricks are at work and that you need kick him out of your family home.
my humble advice to Hunter: be excellent to your parents. your mother first, then your father. we don't have them forever, and I pray that, in your super busy schedule and career, that you slow down time, for them, and share your appreciation for them because, not matter how much we think so, we don't know how long we have them, and we will never be able to repay the debt of gratitude we owe to our parents. your mother struggled with you inside her for 9 months, and continued to do so after you were born, and your father endured all the struggles of fatherhood, putting food on the table, loving you and so on.
My sincere hope for all of you is that you maintain family ties and try your level best to enjoy one another's time while we have time on this earth and that you are ultimately are guided by God to make the right decisions.

I don’t know if this will help but most bodybuilders this Close to a show will use mostly Machines free weights are easier to get injured on and energy is low from cutting and drying out so not as much water in the joints.
