The bag is a US gas mask bag, probably for the M17 gas mask, although it could be for the m10 or m40. That kind of bag was used from the late fifties, through Vietnam, and into the early 90s. Hope that helps!
Hey Dimitri! Great video as always. That side bag is actually an American gas mask carrier (bag). It wasn't uncommon for many of us servicemen and women use our gas masks and carriers as a pillow out in the field. That way if we ran into an NBC situation, our mask are readily available.
