Here's a fun fact why it works so well. The average height of most Blades is around 47mm to 48mm. Rhino horn is 44mm in height, making it the shortest height blade currently in the meta. Being 33grams in weight puts it in the same weight as PhoenixFeather, a surprisingly effective and fast attack type that rivals even DranSword despite the light weight. In summary, RhinoHorn is a tight and short speeding bullet capable of tremendous uppercuts, especially when it's on Rush.
wow yeah, youd think that it being around 33g would be a detriment to its performance but it makes sense when you take into account its overall size. thanks for that!
Watching your vids has made me remember how much I love and miss BeyBattling with my Friends. Thanks so much for the nostalgia! Might pick up a stadium and a few beys for me and my friends just to feel that rush and excitement all over again! Wonderful video, intense battles and very well edited. Much love my friend.
@@sen-beysfighting games and tabletop pvp are my mainstays. always will be, as it gives me reason to travel! especially with beyblade, it can be rare to find as an adult. i love seeing this stuff grow up with us 😊
Glad to see other people acknowledging RhinoHorn’s attack potential. It’s small and compact causing higher RPM with less stamina drain. The blades have deep gaps for gripping, it also gains synergy from the 5 ratchet and the speed from rush or flat it’s a perfect combo
When you get your hands on PhoenixWing, a combo I would like to see would be DranDagger 3-60GF, I have a feeling it’ll be pretty strong bc GF allows for easier Xtreme Dashes and the DranDagger blade benefits from constant attacks. Great video btw, editing was good and the interview was a funny gag. Subbed!
We have someone who became a local legend in BBX tournament, we called him Rhino Master because he is the only guy playing a Rhino Horn and actually winning tournaments (if not ranking quite high in the top 10 in 5 Round Swiss format)
thanks :D for starter combos, its hard not to recommend Hells Scythe 3/4-60 Ball, as Hells Scythe has the best stamina and it on Ball isnt too hard to control and get the hang of if you arent too familiar with the whole Xtreme dash gimmick! for another combo if you want to play more aggressively, Dran Sword or Shark Edge on 3-60 Taper provides solid attacks with a bit more stamina than the traditional attack tips to compensate. some extra, more defensive combos would be Wizard Arrow 3-80 Needle, or Knight Shield 3-60/80 High Needle. hope this helps you get started, ofc it helps to test and see what works for you too, so good luck
how do you find e tornaments? im just now getting into bayblade X and cant belive how its changed from when I was a kid pl;saying with them back in metal fight
depends where you live, the World Beyblade Organisation (WBO) website is a good place to start! if you cant find any local tournaments on there, just try search around on facebook!
I recently started collecting beys and after having a bit of fun with the burst quad strike series from Hasbro I decided to take the plunge and order a Takara beyblade x and I'm so excited for it to turn up🤗
it is seeing how rush is thin and also its gears are shorter/ higher than flat and most of the other bits. the one thing that sorta nerfs this series and balances it at the same time is the ratchet system due to the height of the beys... when we get the left spin beys then we may see more of a balancing issue and i see Rhino being a perfect counter to spin equalization outside of shark and maybe phoenix @@sen-beys
I’ve tried rhino horn with 4-60GF, and while being aggressive, it still gets knocked back heavily from the recoil. I’ve tried 5-60F as well, with it being roughly the same effect but more stamina. I like the lil bey. But it’s hard for me to find a good combo that doesn’t get knocked out tbh.
yeahh, while the high recoil and aggression is fun on the little thing, you gotta put a lot of effort into making it work. the combo in this vid did me some good for a while, but it really didnt keep its spot in my deck for very long, just bc other options with similar results and less effort to make work hahaha. still, Rhino on this combo or any of the flat bits is so fun to use and makes for insanely cool hits and knockouts all the time!
thats a good point actually, ill keep it in mind for the next video; maybe alternate after every 1/2 points won. just never took it into account since we never really swap sides when given the option in the tournaments ive attended. thank you for pointing that out!
@@NeverProTCG yea i get that, seems more fair for the overall matchup. at our place the judge asks whether or not the players would like to swap and i dont think ive ever seen either side take them up on that offer haha
@@NeverProTCG might make a follow up video with against some of the more important combos tbh. ill probably also include swapping sides in future test videos for consistency's sake.
If you’re doing a combo testing, you should be using the same launcher to ensure that performance is measured fairly. Your combo racked up so many wins because the other person is using a string launcher which is inherently worse this generation.
i see your concern and we did consider this when we first started making videos, but after measuring SP on the Beyblade X app with our Battle Passes we found our average shoot powers were around the same with minimal difference. if anythings affecting the win rate, id assume it would be the sides of the stadium we launch on as other people have pointed out. i also wouldnt say theyre inherently worse, just needs more effort to get a high speed shoot out of. ive seen people hit shoot powers on their string launchers higher than ive ever done on my winder hahah
yes! Rush has a smaller diameter on the tip of the bit that comes into contact with the stadium floor than Flat. makes it generally slower but gives it more stamina than Flat too!
yea fair this was made without 9-60 existing yet. i think 9-60 has better uses tho, rhino doesnt suffer tooooo bad from 5-60 and the added weight kinda helps.

@@sen-beys it is! I’ve tried it with gear flat and the compact weight doesn’t give it much spin. The two best bits I’ve used on it was point and taper
A combo I would like to see is ViperTail 5-60 Gear Flat.
gonna be a pretty aggressive snake! ill try it once i get my hands on Phoenix Wing.
Hi Im new to beyblade I just wanna ask where cna I get that bit and ratchet?
10:59 that’s an extreme finish. It’s not an over finish as it was still spinning
nope, rhino was stuck in the pocket with no chance of getting out, meaning it counts as an over finish for the other beyblade.
Do you tilt or flat launch with RhinoHorn 5-60R?
Love the combo but I need to see these matchups launched on the opposite side of the stadium.

Wizard Arrow LF why where is the ball bit or needle bit
it was a discord suggested combo, along with a few others in this video.

Try black shell 460 Low flat
Yeah rush bit is the best, have good attack and good stamina
it really does!! very solid for most attackers
Is there a difference between Rush and Flat?
yes! Rush has a smaller diameter on the tip of the bit that comes into contact with the stadium floor than Flat. makes it generally slower but gives it more stamina than Flat too!
Thanks for the reply. On a different note, do you polish your blades? They seem very shiny.
Sometimes Rhino Horn will just lightly poke an opponent and explode it
Thing spins crazy fast
Can someone explain what the 5-60 means
5-60 is the ratchet name, which is the middle component of the beyblade! its responsible for locking everything together
I want to see Rhinohorn 5-60 gear flat
Launch techniques also matter.
is rush the same as flat?
different performance, Rush is generally slower than Flat and rides the Xtreme line slower, in exchange for more consistent attacks and stamina
@@sen-beys what is your tournament deck that you use with rhino horn?
@@rhettdepol4629 i used:
Rhino Horn 5-60 Rush
Shark Edge 3-60 Point
Hells Scythe 3-80 Ball
If the beyblade is still spinning in the pocket when the other stops in the extreme finish the one in the pocket wins
5-60 on Rhino Horn's not the best idea, especially since 9-60's now a thing, but yeah rush on Rhino Horn goes crazy
yea fair this was made without 9-60 existing yet. i think 9-60 has better uses tho, rhino doesnt suffer tooooo bad from 5-60 and the added weight kinda helps.
