Ken's two older children from a previous marriage inhereted his estate. She did spend Ken's liquid assets and after these funds were gone she was left high and dry.
What's crazy is that she could have had wealth several times over. But her overspending and grand life style just ate up money. It wasn't the lack of funds, it was the greed.
