This fabulous outdoor oasis features numerous conversational seating areas, 4 diamond glass fire bowls, 2 fire pits, 2 water features, built-in Bar-B-Q and large, state-of-the-art Sports Bar.
Every inch of the property is beautifully landscaped with rich foliage, fruit trees and blooming flowers... indigenous to the west coast.

Gotta tell you, I cried seeing this backyard at sunset. We've all been through so much in the last year, and just imagining sitting around that oval dining table, enjoying dinner with my family or sitting around the center fire pit with my friends brings me so much hope and warms my heart. Rebecca is an artist and we are so lucky that she shares her design process and life with us. These Cliff House videos have been so deeply inspiring to me.

I found your Chanel like fives ago. I had fled an abusive relationship had no money to my name and was living in afforble housing. Your Chanel help ne decorated my government funded town house and make it feel glamorous, warm, and inviting. I did it on a budget of like $0.00 . I was blessed with alot of free things. You taught me simatry and elegance. I may have been poor but it was so nice to have a clean, nice home to myself. Fast forward to right now. I just finished my four year masters degree, pretty much debt free. I landed a dream job that pays very well. I have moved out of housing, bought my first home, with rentle unit, I turned my rental unit into a affordable unit. Useing the design techniques you and your team taught me, my unit is so elegant, charming, warm, and inviting. I have a tendent in that unit who says she rented more expensive units that where never as good looking or well upkept. She says it done wonders for a ment health as she is also a domestic abuse survivor. So sorry this is so long. But I just wanted to say thank you. Your youtube channel is really an inspiration to us all middle- class, poor, and wealthy. Keep up the great work. Cheers! From Canada 😊

Tulsa is the best place to start a new chapter. I did so many years ago and it was the best season of my life. I left for a time and I too am returning next month. For the past year during quarantine, whenever the days seemed particularly endless and full of stress, I would come to the edge of this cliff, sit on the wooden railings with my $7 Trader Joe's sandwich and day dream about what kind of fantasy went on behind those green construction fences. Little did I know my favorite youtube designer was behind the massive project! Rebecca, your talent is limitless! I'm blown away by this design -- it's unbelievable! Mine eyes have never seen anything so beautiful, even at a 5-star hotel! Every single inch of it is breath taking! You brought us a slice of heaven with this design! You are more than just a designer, you are an architect as well! Bravo, Rebecca. It's hard to describe in words how truly amazing it is. If I lived here, I might cry every time I actually realized this was mine. To answer your question, there's no way to pick a favorite. If I lived here, I'd sit in a different place every 30 minutes so I could try to enjoy all of it every day.

I'd be on the top level looking out at the ocean, my family, friends and loved ones eating, drinking and just being merry!!!
So, my favorite part would be the sitting area closests to the beach. I have such a fascination for the beach, which by the way is there even an access to it? Thought it was strange to see railroad tracks on the cliff above the beach. What a challenging project that you pulled off. Very well done. The bar area is definitely beautiful!

This is absolutely Spectacular! Wow! What a showpiece. This needs to be featured in a magazine. It was quite amazing seeing all the different areas, but the nightfall shots were over-the-top! Well, well done on your crowning jewel.

That is one of the most spectacular backyards that I have ever seen! Layer upon layer of detail. I want to sit everywhere once and then start over again! The long cabinet storage area is genius! Storage and a place to lay out appetizers and food for the 50 plus people you have over. That place has "Party" written all over it! Wish they were my friends!!!

Stunningly gorgeous EVERYTHING!!!! And award goes to…Rebecca Robeson & of course a standing ovation!!! Exquisite views from the entire home inside & out. My favorite place to sit outdoors would be difficult to just pick one, so I picked two. First thing in the morning, the seating area just outside the bedroom with some yummy organic, hazelnut black coffee, then in the evening, the fire pit in the chairs facing out onto the ocean, a slice of heaven on earth!!! Thanks so much for sharing this fabulous design journey, I appreciate you!!!

What a stunning home! The family that lives there, and their guests, are most fortunate. There are so many, I can not name just one favorite spot. Sigh
Lovely backyard! That train coming through was really random though. The passengers definitely will get a great view, but I imagine that would be irritating and potentially dangerous for the neighbors. I didn't notice any kind of barrier between the tracks and the home.
This home is absolutely beautiful!! My favorite areas are the water feature, dry river bed, and of course the X Chair seating collection. What is really awesome is that beautiful sunset view, Wow!!! Truth told... We should all be saying thank you for their gracious permission to film and post their home. They have ABSOLUTELY every right to their privacy and could have prohibited me from putting their home out there. In my opinion, it's a testament to their trust in me and speaks of the relationship we've forged over these past 4 years. All in all, it's all good :-) RR

Absolutely stunning. I grew up in the area and played on this beach and the water back in the day growing up. Better than a posh resort, make your home a posh resort. Rebecca shows us the principles and the way. The chaises closest to the water is where you could find me.....Thank you for the virtual vacation!

Multi million dollar reno and the train. And the fog until 2pm most spring and summer. Right.
I understand, but I love the sound of trains, there is such comfort for me in hearing them at night. When I was a little girl my grandmother and I took a train from Michigan to California and we had a sleeper room. It was just pure luxury with all the service and special attention given to a first class train ride. I’ll never forget that trip and how much I love trains and my grandmother.

Yikes, the owners paid $5.56m for the back house in 2016 and $10m for the front house in 2017 that they knocked down to make the backyard. Plus a couple million easy on the remodel and landscape plus another $500k probably to tear down and haul away the front house.! So, that’s at least $18m for a 2,772 sq ft house. That’s insane!
